Nice north end type restaurant. Small place with great food(could be best in Boston) and good service. Not a kid friendly type of place, so if your traveling with the family, avoid this place. But if you have all adults and you are looking for authentic italian restaurant then this is your place.

I really was looking forward to eating Italian food in the a North end. The food was tasty but the portions were small. Entrees were pricey and sides and salads are not included. I wouldn't go back. I left wishing I would have stopped at another restaurant.

Had the whole family, everybody ordered different dishes and they were all great. Great service and the prices were very reasonable. We do dine there almost every time we are in the North End.

She is nice and helpful. What a sweet woman. Easily accessible from the center if the town and we will definitely return.

Had a great meal with my son on 6/8/2014. It was my second time at Artu's and the menu had changed a little but it is still one of my favorite places in the North End.

Went with friends on a Friday night, crowded, but not noisy. We had the usual Italian intros, and I ordered the Veal Saltinbucca which was unusual in that it was accompanied by a large order of mini hot green peppers sautéed just right, a very unusual veggie. The veal was very tender, two large pieces with a slice of prosuitto... More

We were strolling through the North End at 10 pm on a Saturday night and were informed by 3 restuarants that they no longer served food that late. Artu's was recommended . We sat a the bar and had a fun late night dinner of mussels and spaghetti carbonara. Nice wine selection. Food and service were excellent.

As funny as it may seem, I was sitting next to the people from the review "left in the middle". Our server, different from theirs, was quite nice and we were very happy with the food. The menu is somewhat limited, but all that you have to do is ask the server if you can get something else. I had... More

This is my first time writing a 1-star review on TripAdvisor, after dozens and dozens of reviews. We chose Artu for dinner recently, and left in the middle of the meal -- that's how bad it was. First of all, while most North End restaurants are open-air in the summertime, Artu has a freezing-cold, dark small dining room that is... More

The dinner menu is not huge but they have some really intriguing items. The service is quite good and the food was delicious. The buratta was the star of the evening - I could have had only that and been thrilled.
