A little taste of Italy in Boston! Minestrone and salad were awesome. Ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio at $34, not terrible prices and delicious! The Gnocchi was amazing. Left with a full belly and small bill. Service was very friendly.

This North End fixture hasn't changed much in the three plus decades since I first heard of it. It is old school Italian weighted towards red sauce dishes. The standards are there on the menu like a Sinatra songbook. Eggplant, chicken or veal parmigiana, braciole, lasagna, veal preparations, calamari, meatball sides and so on. The menu is not extensive and... More

We used to wait in line at Giacomo's but Lucias is better and they take reservations. Their veal chop, veal Marsala, veal Parma and their tortellini quatro frommagi areThe best. Don't miss it

We had a reservation but we still had to wait. It looked like people were just comfortable and enjoying their dessert/coffee. I get it. I like to do that too! We were seated about 15 minutes late but that was ok. Nice table by a window. Our waitress was very nice. She appreciated our request to take our time. We... More

We came here last time we visited the North End and the lasagna brought me back. It has many layers and is just mouthwatering. Their salads are also huge - I learned my lesson last time after ordering the beet salad which Beets over a bed of Arugula, red wine vinaigrette, and shaved Ricotta Salata. It was enough for a... Lucia is a beautiful restaurant. The service is very friendly and efficient. The food is average. The prices are high. In a non-Italian area it might be ok, but in the famed North End they should be ashamed. The meal started with bread and butter, yes butter! I ordered the beet salad. I'm pretty sure the beets came out of... More

We went to Lucia, a big party of internationals were outside just deciding to enter or not. We decided to do so. We had an Bruchetta Appetizer, with the Italian house wine. Then we asked for a Lasagna and a 4 cheese pasta. I thought that for the price we paid the food wasnt delicious. Tha pasta was flavourless and... More
