Redeemed my Boston Food Experience

On a recent trip to Boston I had had several terrible meals and experiences. But my boyfriend and I gave Dino's a shot and it didn't disappoint. I had the lobster ravioli and my boyfriend had the chicken parm, both were amazing. Decent prices as well and the staff was super friendly.

I did not see what was happening in the kitchen, however some of the sandwiches were prepared in front of me. Hygiene would have been better, since the person who prepared the sandwiches manipulated many (unclean) things at the same time... hand in hair, sweeping around the cashier with her hands... after all, clean hands did not seem to be... I was in town visiting my cousin and we went here to eat on Saturday evening. All the tables were full but they were extremely friendly and kept apologizing for the wait. Eventually split 2 tables that were put together to be used for a group of 4, since there was only a couple at the table, and made room... More

I was looking for a casual, less-expensive Italian dinner in the North End, and this really hit the spot! It feels like a neighborhood place, very unpretentious, good food, pretty large portions, and reasonably priced. They do a lot of take-out but there are some tables too, and I ate there. Great option if, like me, you want to avoid... More

We ate here whilst exploring the Freedom Trail. The menu us suprisingly extensive for such a small place and we enjoyed a fair priced meal that was freshly cooked

We were looking for some real Italian without an hour wait when we stumbled across the place. This is more of a take-out joint but they have seating and the costs were very reasonable. We had the spinach tortellini in a pink cream sauce and the cheese ravioli in a pesto cream sauce. The entries came with a few pieces... More

Lived in the North End years ago and would grab a sandwich on my way to work. MY co-workers were envious. If you are in the North End you have to stop by, and don't worry about the line, it moves fast.

Getting lost in the North end taking in her charm, and we found this gem.. Fantastic service, portions were huge, I had the steak pizziola sandwich which was amazing, but much bigger than my appetite.. Wife had a shrimp plate which she devoured.. Seating is limited, but was perfect for us on Friday around 11:45.. If I worked in the... More

Nice little place, authentic Italian, reasonably priced and friendly service. There isn't much seating so on a crowded day it might be frustrating, but we were the only ones there for most of our weekday lunch.

Staying in North End

Neighborhood Profile
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.
