We liked the food and prompt service but the place is jammed and its hard to find a seat where one can enjoy the food. Only a one stall men's room leads to a long wait

On recent trip to Boston, I had to visit Flour because I saw the sticky sticky buns featured on the Food Network & I wanted to taste for myself. I wasn't disappointed. It was delicious (though as a splurge because the buttery goodness was so rich)! The Oreo wasnt as delish (I still prefer an actual Oreo), but wasn't bad.... More

Came here for a morning coffee and pastry while visitng from out of town. The pastry I got (granola bar) was perfect, fresh, and delicious. All of the other pastries looked equally amazing as did the "real" food like breakfast sandwiches. The staff was super friendly and the coffee was delicious and hot. Fairly standard atmosphere but there was an... More

This place is heaven. Fantastic choice of fresh pastries, oats with fruit/nuts, made to order sandwiches, coffees, cakes (banana cake a speciality). We were there for marathon weekend and chose to have our breakfasts there every day, it was always great and therefore hard to justify going anywhere else. Of course being marathon weekend, you often had to queue to... More

Great atmosphere and yummy, yummy, yummy baked goods. The breakfast sandwich is rightly famous! And we loved the sticky bun with pecans.

Best sandwiches, soup and sweets in town if you're willing to wait at lunchtime. Everybody loves Flour!

A friend of mine called this "a Six Sigma Sandwich Shop" and that's a good description! The owner of this small local "chain" is a Harvard B School grad and she must have excelled at process management! Even when the place is packed it moves very efficiently. They have wonderful baked goods, some really good salads (I like the one... More

We were there at lunchtime on a weekday. What a popular place! The format is that you order at the counter, pick it up, and hope you can find a place to sit. To get a place to sit requires some planning due to the crowds. Two of us got in the lengthy ordering line while my wife scouted for... More

on a recent visit to Boston, we had lunch here twice. The sandwiches with fresh made bread are amazing. We even stopped by before we left for the airport for some cookies to take on the plane with us. If there was such a bakery in Anchorage, we would visit all the time.
