We had breakfast. The choice of pastries and muffins was outstanding. Coffee was excellent. Everything was fresh and tasty --we brought several things back to the hotel. The loaves of bread also look scrumptious. Go there.

Delicious and unique sandwiches and desserts. Great if you need something quick and cheap before a show.

We liked this bakery / cafe so much that we returned twice. The coffee is excellent, and the sandwiches and cakes are brilliant. The service is very good despite the queues at busy times.

I had a nice lunch while waiting for the Amtrak to NY (Back Bay train station is almost crossing the street). Good sandwich and a great Boston Cream Pie, the place was crowded but they have a fast service.

We stayed in Clarendon Street at the Hotel 140 and as they did not have a restaurant we were recommended Flour Bakery & Cafe, which proved to be very good with fresh juice, fruit and yogurt , great sticky buns, muffins etc.for breakfast and fresh well made sandwiches for lunch. The sandwiches were so good we took them with us... More

Great Breakfast egg sandwiches, delicious Latte, place was packed but handled our orders very efficiently, smoothly got our orders done in less than 15 minutes. The restaurant has an excellent design that make you feel warm ,cozy but also with high ceiling so you felt very open and relaxed. Reasonable prices.

My family and I had breakfast here today. Good breakfast options, good coffee (can be hard to find) and the cakes and treats at the counter looked delicious (tempting to come another time to sample these). The French toast and the breakfast sandwich were tasty! A busy popular spot.

Great food, great choice, decent coffee and the service isn't bad either. It gets VERY busy at morning 'rush hour' and the service slows down a bit but they still manage to cope quite well. I'm from the UK and even at it's worst this place is slick compared to similar sized ventures back here. Muffins and Pastries are big... More
