Great food

I was very satisfied with my meal but disappointed in the seating. It was a little busy and my friend and I were seated near a column right behind my seat. I went and got my food and as soon as I sat down to eat someone from the kitchen asked me to get up so he could pass to... read more

Our Uber driver recommended this place. When we arrived we were taken upstairs promptly. We were sat at a dirty booth and handed dirty menus. Cleanliness is not one of their strong points. Food is good, you get to choose what you want to eat. kind of a neat experience. I don't know that I would go back.

This restaurant offers a create your own meal experience. You get to choose fresh ingredients for your dish and it's cooked for you on an open grill. They offer a Sunday brunch with a create your own omelette option. It's good family fun at reasonable prices.

Decided to bring our friends to this restaurant visiting Boston and they are from different country. We want something fun, entertaining and as well as filling and this restaurant fits the occasion. Although it took us at least 30 mins for the wait but once you get inside it seems like there is party going on. Our guest enjoyed it... More

Be sure to come hungry. You can keep going back. Fill a bowl with meat veggies rice or pasta. Pick a sauce. Then they stir fry it for you. They do burgers and pizza too. Loud busy but lots of fun. Great value for the amount of food you get.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews I've seen on other sites. I went with a companion this past Sunday evening -- and earlyish (5.30 or so), so there was no problem with waiting, or with lack of a reservation. The setup is as others have described: you choose from a wide-ranging selection of pastas (including whole-wheat penne), meats/poultry/fish, vegetables, sauces... More

This Resturant is just great fun. They give you a bowl and you fill it with what you want for dinner - chicken / beef / pork / seafood - then you put the veggies you want with that food - then you take it to the big circle in the middle and they cook it in front of you.... More

My fiance and i were looking for a nice dinner. This did not happen. The restaurant was packed with 9 to 12 year olds who were obnoxious and yelling across tables of 30 people. Our server was rude and looked like a cracked out hipster. We went to get our food and it was caos and most of the food... More

My daughter received her white coat from PA school today. We went to fire and ice and were treated like the guest of honor. The food is fresh and yummy and the atmosphere was a riot. There was something for everyone. I can't wait to return.

We visit Fire and Ice as often as we can while we are in Boston. The location is a bit far from everything especially Fenway Park but the walk is worth it. We usually go for lunch as the pricing is much better and very little wait for tables or food to be prepared. This is not a buffett but... More
