Cool idea. Cool atmosphere. Ok food.

Had fun piling all the raw food into my bowl and trying all the different sauces, until I handed the bowl to the chefs to cook and realized that the restaurant must hire the same chefs that work at my school and everything ended up way to dry/over cooked. Worth the experiance only if you go on... read more

Looking for a cool place to go with teenagers, Fire and Ice is just perfect. They select what they want and they can eat as much as they can! Of course, you can also enjoy some nice salads and other vegetables.

We came here on our first night in Boston. It was a fun concept. Our waitress gave us great directions since it was our first time. The concept of composing a good dish then having it cooked in front of you was fun. I had to make a second bowl because I get like I had better ideas after seeing... More

My favourite place to eat! My eyes are always bigger than my belly! The choice of food was fantastic! I think we paid 20$ for all you can eat! I loved watching the chefs cook on the massive grill right in front of you! LOVED it <3

Party of 9 for dinner. Good concept but........chefs were tired, grumpy and perspiring into dishes.(don't put the sauce on prior to cooking!). Waitresses dropping dishes and drinks at an alarming rate....without apologizing. Rest rooms unkept. Tables sticky. Spent $300 and tipped cooks. When I asked for an itemized bill (I just wanted to know how much things cost) the manager... More

Hi Richard, I appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. However I must admit I was alarmed to hear about your observations. I have spoken to the staff about maintaining a high degree of cleanliness and friendliness after reading your review but I was unsure of which manager you were dealing with. It sounds like whoever it... More

Fire and Ice has a very fun and interesting vibe, with a ton of options to make your very own stir fry. The sauces are great and the ingredients are always fresh. It can be a little bit slow at times, but overall, it's a fun night out.

Went there for a business dinner. Wrong place to go. Great for friends on a night out that are starving but not that good. Just a mess, people on top of each other.
