We do a trade show in Boston once a year at the Back Bay Events Center, and since Fire and Ice is right across the street, we always have at least one dinner there. It's a Mongolian barbecue restaurant with one of the largest grills I've ever seen located right in the center. The place can be a little confusing... More

On a weekend vacation in Boston my boyfriend and I dined at Fire and Ice. Neither one of us had ever been so we wanted to know what the hype was about. Upon being seated we could immediately tell that it was a fun and energetic atmosphere catered to people of all ages as long as you were willing to... More

On January 17, 2015, I went to Fire and Ice in Boston for the very first time. I had no idea what to expect and, while the waitress was nice, her overly-practiced description of how to make your food was too quick, not understandable and made it a little confusing. Here is what I learned after my first go-round. There... More

For those who have never been to Fire and Ice, this is a great place to come with picky eaters. Since you are the one who selects your meats, veggies, pasta and other foods to be grilled, this makes life easy. I really enjoy the selection of foods and this also gives me a chance to try foods I would... More

Food is good and process is very entertaining! Prices are very reasonable, especially because it's pretty much all-you-can-eat. I have been there multiple times for lunch and dinner and can't really say anything bad about the place. Highly recommend it, if not for the food, maybe for the experience.

I would not recommend this place. It's confusing and the cooks act like you should know where to stand and what to do. Well if you have never been there before then how would you know! Plus, it's busy and having to stand 20 minutes while they cook your food is ridiculous!

My friends and I always spent a nice time there! It's a really different way of cooking! I don't know where they took that from, but it's a pretty funny way of cooking! Different than everything I've ever seen before...

We decided to go here a few days before the Boston marathon. Very crowed! We didn't have to wait long for our table but our service was very slow. Once we got our food we had to stand in line to have it cooked which also took a long time. The food was average. Noting to get excited about. I... More

I first went here back in 2009. The food then was amazing and delicious. The experience was even top notch. Five years later I went back with my husband and it had completely changed. The things that were the same was the food and how it was prepared; you picked out what you wanted in a bowl with sauce then... More

I took my boyfriend to Fire+Ice, knowing he'd love the fun atmosphere, ability to make any kind of food he could think of, and that it would satiate his enormous appetite, and it was a great meal and a great value for what you can get.
