Food! Glorious food!

Make sure you get there hungry because there is enough food to feed an entire continent (almost)! Also, very entertaining watching the chef cook all the different foods on the huge hot plate!

Being a member of Fire and Ice, you will get a free birthday dinner which is a really neat way of saying thank you to their customers. With that and mind, and the Opent Table points also, we headed out in the snow for dinner. There is street parking close by which is an added bonus. The food is always... More

This place is amazing. Fresh food, all beautifully displayed in cold counters. Serve yourself, take it to the griddle and it's cooked in front of you. Reasonably priced, all you can eat for one price. tHe staff are happy and friendly and seem content in their jobs.

Location is great, right downtown near the theaters. It's busy, but you usually don't have to wait. You select the food you want and it's cooked just for you. Everything looked fresh and good quality. Very fun, very tasty.

This is the first time I have visited for brunch. We arrived when the restaurant opened at 10AM. Place still smelled like grease from the night before. People are very friendly here. You can order omelets, crepes or pancakes for brunch. You can also order a hamburger. The food isn't high quality. The eggs are liquid eggs. I asked for... More

We came for the lunch because they have a free meal at your birthday (if you subscribe to their email list). So we wanted to try it out during a week for a lunch. It was not bad, I would love to have some shrimp for grill, and more fruits for desert. They did not have caffeine-free tea either.

Hibachi experience with a twist. You have to grab your own cold or raw food from the buffet and mixed it in a bowl, choose sauces or any other additions and bring it to the big round grill where they'll cook it for you. Once it's done they'll plate it and you can go back to your table and enjoy... More

Every time we are in Boston, we try and get to Fire and Ice. Fun atmosphere, great food. For anyone who has never been, its a must if you are ever in the area. You pick your own ingredients from a wide variety and bring to the chef's who grill it to perfection while you watch. Even if you are... More

This restaurant has so many options, everyone will find what they like. You may select any combination of vegetables, meats, pastas, spices and sauces that you like, and bring them to the grilling station in the center of the room. The grill cooks then cook your selection for you, while you wait, and serve it up either on a plate... More

Staying in Back Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
