Had "a slice" of cheese pizza, which is a quarter of a big pie and the equivalent of 2 slices at just about any other place; great value for $4, good crust, but the taste isn't exceptional; was hard to find very casual pizza places in the area that offer slices, so Ernesto's saved the day in that regard (went... If you are coming to the North End for a Bruins or Celtics game I highly recommend that you stop in at Ernestos! Slices are huge and the selection of pizza is great. I come from an italian town in Jersey and this is just as good if not better than what I get at home. Staff is friendly. I... More

If you want ambience, don't bother. If you want great slices, you're home. It's been there forever, and for good reason. Excellent crust. Great variety. Go!

Ernesto's is a little hole-in-the-wall pizzeria in the best way possible. Hands down the best pizza in the North End with a great variety, and out of the way of the tourists who roll through. It can get crowded around lunch time since there aren't a lot of tables. Also, one slice is a quarter of a pizza.

Ernesto's is not a fine dining experience but it's a great place to get a couple of big slices of delicious pizza at a very reasonable price. We were strolling through the North End at lunch time and when we saw the sign for Ernesto's, we knew it was exactly the thing we were looking for at the time -... More

We came here on great reviews only to find mediocre pizza with mediocre service. The pizza is warmed up from the refrigerated stock upon ordering. Atmosphere was also not overwhelming.

Wonderful old town pizzeria with fantastic food! Off the the old north end "strip" tucked away on a side street, so glad to have found it.

Stopped in Ernesto's one afternoon after working up an appetite walking all over Boston. We ordered sausage and pepperoni and the slices were big with lots of ingredients. Good sauce and cheese. It is a small place but we are there at a nice table by an open window.

After weeding through expensive, fancy, sit-down restaurants in the "Little Italy" section of Boston, my husband & I opted for a small pizza place with huge pizza slices! Crust was crispy and tasted great! Like my review? Please considering giving me a thumbs up!

I gave the guy five dollars expecting to get one of their giant slices. Without hesitation, he gives me two! I thought there was a mistake in the order, but then he just grinned at me and I decided just to take it, because why not? Super good pizza for a super good price, and excellent service, too. Gotta have... More
