Hands down the best pizza in Boston, maybe the best out of NYC although I don't eat pizza out of NYC often as it is often bad. they have some interesting toppings, but the best is plain cheese or with pepperoni. They actually use real pecorino Romano as well which makes me so happy. more

It's your job to clean your own table if the party before you didn't clean up after themselves. Also, don't expect any smiles or friendly hello's from the staff - not even a "can I help you." Regina's, one of the more famous places, is a popular tourist choice, but in my opinion, doesn't compare to the quality of Ernesto's. Pizza is pizza but having said that, I enjoyed this local for it's cozy locals go there too feel, whole wheat dough and excellent variety of zas to choose from for eat in, delivery or to go. I would pick Ernesto's pizza over others in the North End every time. more

Best thin crust pizza anywhere. I've had pizza all over the place in San Francisco, Boston, and Brooklyn but this is the best. Lots of choices: cheese, eggplant and ricott', and much more. more
