Great bar

We just spent time at the bar, and didn't stay for a meal. The bar staff were friendly and there was a good atmosphere, it seemed to be a busy place. We met a really friendly man at the bar, who engaged us in conversation and enhanced our experience.

We were overwhelmed by the number of restaurants in the North End . We decided on this one from a reccomendation from a lady on the street . Glad we did . They were very busy on a Monday night , but they were very attentive & squeezed us in asap . We were seated near an open window with... More

This restaurant is very close to the Freedom trail and makes a good lunch stop. A pub like atmosphere.

Stepped in for an early dinner when visiting Boston. It wasn't our first choice but will definitely try it again on future trips. try the appetizers. The fresh mozzarella and prosciutto was delicious, best cheese I have had in a while. The bruschetta was also really good. Skip the gnocchi it wasn't on par with the appetizers and was nothing... This was our fourth time eating in the North End this trip and this was my favorite! Delicious bread and dipping oil. We loved the Penne ala Vodka and the pizzas. We will definitely be back. Also, very friendly service. The other restaurants had rather unfriendly and hurried staff.

Great staff (ask for Jackie if on a weekend - she was amazing). The food was wonderful. The atmosphere was exciting and lots of people and noise but we could hear each other and loved loved the food! Give it a try for sure!

there were so many choices but the large windown and inviting storefront brought us inside. and we are so glad we walked in. the chianti was the best, the pasta, meatballs, tortellini soup all made for a delicious meal and a great day in the north end. and on top of that it was the first nice spring day. staff... We stopped by for a late lunch. I had Gnocchi al Pomodoro and my companion had the Zuppa (soup with large piece of chicken and vegetables) and the Pollo Fradiavolo. All delicious! Service was ok, cafe was small but nice. As a bonus, Mike's Pastry is just on the adjacent corner. Head over there for dessert!
