Had a very disappointing experience at this PF Chang's on 3-22-14. Although the waiter was friendly when he was around, he never brought my soup even after I asked repeatedly. He said they were out of cups at that time. Really?!?!? He brought another's cocktail at the end of our meal and again, we had to ask for it repeatedly.... More

We didn't know this Chinese chain before. Price was very decent for lunch 8-12$ per plate and service was excellent. The waitress helped us plan our day when she saw our map and the manager came to our table to offer a discount on next meal (10$ on a 40$ purchase). Bruno liked his dish but mine was just OK... More

Excellent hostess, waitress, and food. Our waitress, Erica, was very personable and knowledgeable. She informed us about portion size and dairy free entrees. The Bass was excellent and enough to share. The lettuce wraps are a favorite. We always choose PF Changs when going to the play or ballet and we have never been disappointed.

The food was very nice and the atmosphere was great after walking the Freedom Trail and then getting out of the rain. The staff were very friendly and when they found out it was our first time staying in Boston they gave us a couple of gift cards. Very nice way to be introduced to Boston.

Being European, the whole American style of Chinese food is a bit foreign to me. Normally we get tons of different dishes to share around the table. Here you order individually as a plate portion. So that was a bit different. But the food was good and the atmosphere and decal of the restaurant was neat.

I usually avoid restaurants on New Year's Eve because of notoriously poor service and mediocre food. Past experiences included waitresses who wished they were somewhere else (out partying??) and take-out food that was absolutely cold after a short drive home. This year, we decided to go to First Night in Boston (which was fantastic) after a hiatus of many years.... More

My daughter loves this restaurant and it has become our place to go when we are in town together. We usually try something different and share a bunch of appetizers! This would be her Favorite.

Service was excellent, food choices were not my style however. Not sure why anyone goes here when Chinatown is so close. I guess if you want chain appearance and TVs, then this is place to go.

Since this restaurant is on the same street as my hotel, I walked past it daily, thinking it must be a tourist trap. So when I went for dinner one night (not wanting to be too far from the hotel) I was very surprised to see it, 1. Absolutely packed, and 2. Serving delicious and authentic Chinese dishes! The prices... More

but, you know that already, right? It is good food and satisfies the hankering for a kung-pao chicken.
