We were very pleased with the quality of food at this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and assisted us with the selections. We had assorted items and all of them were very good. We also loved the different coconut and strawberry based drinks. Would recommend.

Food was really tasty and portion sizes were huge! One dish is enough for two or even three people depending on your appetite. The kids menu/food was also good. The portion was more than enough for my 4 year old. It was definitely good value.

Went here whilst on holidays in Boston. We were taken to our seat quickly when we arrived. Once we were seated it was about 15 minutes wait to take our drinks order and then another 10 minutes to take our food orders so service was really slow. I noticed the waitress chatting a lot to another table. The restaurant was really... More

PF Chang is a chain but not a typical chain. The food is really good and fresh. The shrimp potstickers were great.

Our hotel was reasonably close to Chinatown but when we saw this restaurant across the road we decided to try it as it was raining. I think we had been to one of these restaurants in Chicago and thought it was great, not so this time. Out waitress was friendly and at first attentive. She assumed because we ate everything... More

The service quality was terrible. It was very slow. The food was average and nothing special. I wouldn't dare to go there again.

Food is great and they are very attentive to people with allergies. We would definitely eat there again.

Plenty of folks have told me to try PF Changs. We went to Boston for the day and had lunch here. My wife and I both had the wonton soup which was great. It included a great broth, wonderful wontons, and some small shrimp. Also had an order of egg rolls which were good but not what I'm used to... More

I am not someone who typically rates restaurants, but this one was so bad I had to get it out there. The service absolutely SUCKED! I am not sure what happened as we got off to a decent start. The soup and appetizers came out on in a normal timeframe at the beginning of dinner. We ordered a bottle of... More

P. F. Chang's is located near theaters in downtown Boston and within walking distance of a number of parking garages. We stopped here before going to the theater and although we had to eat at the bar, the service was fast and the food was very good. I would rate the fried rice and vegetable dishes we had as among...
