Delicious Dinner

Recently dined here and was thoroughly pleased with my experience. Our waiter was great and attentive. The menu offers several options for all tastes as well as a great wine list. The chef even made a dinner that was not on the menu for us without hesitating. Great atmosphere here and would... read more

Very good food at a decent price in lovely surroundings. Toscano was recommended by friends who had eaten here before and it didn't disappoint. For starter, I had the Salsicce Uccelletto, the homemade sausage with tomato and white beans. The sausages are made in the restaurant kitchen and were very tasty. For main I just opted for pasta but the... More

We wanted proper Italian pizza and salad and were not disappointed. The catering salad with anchovies and capers was very good, washed down with a lovely glass of wine. Good service and great food!

Sit at the bar and let Emerson take care of you, both in the food and the wine selections; we did and we were happy with everything he selected for us. We even went back the following day with our friends.

Heard great raves about this place. We went for dinner and the waiters just suck. They kept trying to clear our plates even though we were not done eating. Than they ask for our valet slip before we are even done eating. Just felt very rushed. Will not return.

The restaurant is located in Beacon Hill and offers the classic Tuscan cuisine, such as T-bone steaks, wild game and fish. The nice setting is comfortable and simply elegant. Good choice of wines from Tuscany and northern Italy

Solid but not more than that. Would be a 3 star based on food but the atmosphere and service bumps up my rating. Would not make much effort to return anytime soon but would not recommend against it.

We splurged on Toscano with our surly teenagers on New Year's Eve -- showed up in jeans and t-shirts and they treated us like royalty. By the end of the meal, everyone was happy. Daniel was a terrific server, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Didn't steer us wrong on the food, which was great -- from my daughter's salad and pizza... More

Wonderful evening. We had a table by the window. I started out with veal meatballs delicious. I had the special sole with capers carrots roasted potatoes. My companion had the polenta with porcini mushrooms then veal osso bucco with saffron rice delicious. The service was excellent the food perfect.
