Service is really poor with employees who don't even care. Food is basic and not that great even at that (burger is not great and usually significantly over or underdone). Some find it okay because of the views, but the service and food need a major overhaul. (mainly the service) The fine dining restaurant upstairs is much better. more

Overlooks the Public Gardens and Boston Commons...Especially love the breakfast's here !!! The Chicken-apple sausage is the best ever...not to forget the organic ginger-carrot juice !!! more

We have been to the Bristol many times as a couple and with our children, for breakfast, brunch, afternoon snacks, cocktails, dinner, and after theatre dinner and have never been disappointed. They accommodate special requests and go out of their way to help with special diets, offering modification to their menu that we would never have requested on our own.... more
