Wonderful Dinner - and it Didn't Break the Bank

I came here for my first time with a friend who had been before, during my recent day trip to Boston. I wanted to sit outside on this humid summery day, and Papa Razzi offered an outside deck beneath street level... making it a bit quieter than other outdoor eateries along Newbury Street... read more

A Boston favorite. The food is terrific, the prices reasonable, and the service is top notch. My husband and I love fine dining and go into Boston a lot. We have decided that we really can't beat Papa Razzi for all of the above reasons. Boston isn't famous for it "nice people," but everybody at this restaurant is exceptionally lovely.... More

This was a delightful pizza place in an old converted house. Great ambiance, service was great. You can eat outside too. Wonderful place.

We hit the jackpot with this place. After a few hours walking during a very hot day we were desperately searching for a cozy place to have lunch. The very good food was very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in Boston. You can sit outside, a half floor below so you can watch people go by without feeling busied... More

Stopped for a quick dinner on a summer evening. Sat outside with my friends and it was a beautiful night. Waiter quickly brought us our drinks and some bread. Menu had many options and waiter was eventually helpful in helping made decisions regarding what to order. Food came out very quickly. Flatbread pizza was delicious. Had chance to try my... More

Service was outstanding. Seated right away for 7:00 PM reservations and had a bottle of wine 10 minutes later. We were allowed to split a salad (very large) and were given plenty of time to choose entree. I had the lobster ravioli which was excellent. My wife had the shrimp which she thought was a little overdone but still very... More

Good solid fare at this staple Italian restaurant in the city. You know what to exp;ect all the time at this restaurant. A varied menu and nightly specials. Usually Lobster Fra Diavlo on Fridays. Good place for take out as well. Moderately priced and good wine selection.

We had a lovely dinner here with another family. They have a child with severe food allergies, and the chef came out to discuss options that would work. I was impressed with that level of care. Our food was delicious. My finicky (but not allergic) child devoured the Piccante pizza. I really enjoyed the Gnocchi di Sorrento. My husband loved... More

We were a group of 10. We came in because we saw what people were eating and it looked great. They were busy but still able to accommodate our group in no time. Our waitress was great and the food was as we hope it would be!
