Went to this "neighborhood" restaurant on Newbury St. and couldn't have been happier! We were excited the moment we saw the restaurant located in a gorgeous brownstone. The place was nicely crowded and had a fun atmosphere. We had a reservation and got a table immediately. The bruschetta was the best we've ever had! We'll have to go back just... More

Papa Razzi is an Italian restaurant in the beautiful and unique Newbury Street, part of the Back Bay area of Boston. There is scope to eat indoors or, as we did, outside on the basement patio. This gives the open air feel, the ambience of this wonderful street and yet a sense of seclusion. The menu is a good selection... More

We will definitely come here again on our next trip to Boston. Roasted beet salad was the best app I had all week and one of the top I've ever had. The ladies pasta was to die for and the wine list was appropriate. Coffee rubbed ribeye was done perfectly. Choice for almost all tastes and budget. Not inexpensive, but... More

We came here because it was close to the hotel. I should have known to stick to the North End for my Italian fix, but I was eager. The decor is nice, but that's where it ends. Both the food and the service was very disappointing. The pizza (personal size) had no flavor, the crust was dry and flavorless, the... More

We ate here for dinner while up in Boston. It was one of the busier restaurants that we saw, but the food was very good. My wife and I both ordered chicken dishes that were cooked wonderfully with excellent flavor. Our daughter got the cheese ravioli and really enjoyed it. She normally doesn't eat much more than half, but managed... More

Our family, including our 9 yr old son & my 70 yr old mom, met a friend of ours for dinner close to where she was working. We had mediocre food in Little Italy the evening prior & were looking for something much better in the Back Bay area. The reviews for Papa Razzi were good & we were not... More

Every trip to Boston is dinner here. We have been from a group of 2 to 15. Food is really good. Love this place bc they have a great variety of gluten free meals. Service has always been great. They take reservation. Very enjoyable

Excellent service with good selection of wine. Very poor food for what is supposed to serve authentic Italian produce. Not a place I'd rush back to, unless it was simply for wine or a cocktail. You will certainly do better by choosing another location on Newbury Street or even close by in Boylston street.

On the corner of Newbury and Dartmouth,we had no problem getting in.Above average pasta fare, but I considered a bit expensive for what it was: 60 dollars for 2 courses,2 drinks and 1 dessert

Walking down Newbury Street, we chose to stop at Papa Razzi because it wasn't overly crowded and seemed reasonably priced. We were not disappointed. The ambiance was nice, as we were able to sit outside on the lower-level streetside patio. We started with the bruschetta, which was only two pieces of toasted bread piled high with tomatoes and mozzarella. (More... More
