Me and my partner recently went to Papa Razzi on our last evening in Boston. The service we received was absolutely terrible, the host was rude and the server wasn't much better. The actual food that was served was okay. There are so many nice restaurants in Boston, give this one a miss and try another in town!

When in Boston it's not a bad choice. Location on Newbury street is perfect. Atmosphere is good. Somewhat chain like... Service is usually good.. But not fine dining..... Food is usually good but again somewhat generic... All and all.... A solid OK

This restaurant is located in Newbury street along many shops. I and my wife visited here for lunch and we really enjoyed the special panini for the day and pizza. The service was good and comparable to some nice French restaurants. Next year, I will visit this place again.

Very disappointed in my recent few visits Last night had take out pasta with sausage at Framingham. Red pepper overshadowed the taste of the meal. New management manger to ruin what once was a good restaurant.

Always a great stop on Newbury street for a nice dinner! We went on a Monday and they have a new promotion where all entrees $15.99 and over are only $15.99. So amazing its a great deal for all their entrees! Everything is delicious. The bread and olive oil infused with red pepper flakes is the best. Always a great... More

Quite a mixed bag of reviews can only speak as I found ~ we had a lovely meal with good service & thought value for money! I guess as with most things you need to try for yourself & hopefully your visit will be as pleasurable as mine!

We went for dinner and it was packed and jolly. The food was simply amazing and hit the spot. Our wine, at the suggestion of the waiter, complimented our food and the cheesecake is not to be missed, fresh and homemade...

Went there last Saturday. This was one of the worst dinners in a long time. Sbarro is gourmet compared to Papa Razzi. Food is allout bad, Over-priced bland pasta dishes. Go there for a drink but never for the food.

An attractive looking Italian in a good location but not really delivering. Service from Richard was efficient but lacking in any enthusiasm- looked like he'd rather be elsewhere tonight. Pizza was served on a cold slate leading to the base cooling and becoming too soggy to eat before I'd eaten even half of it. Our waiter didn't bother to ask... More

My wife was in a store buying yarn we saw this place and her maiden name being PAPA we tried this place. Nice brunch. The Tuscan eggs Benedict, frittata and melon with prosciutto were all very good. Many of the dishes that I saw looked great. Free Bellini with anything on brunch menu is a nice touch. Mimosas too. Make... More
