Always a clasic

I used to visit this place since my time as a student in Boston. Food always very good. The location was new to me but the food was as good as I remembered.

We've been going to Papa Razzi in different locations for years, but the Boston restaurant is our favorite. It's the perfect location to meet up with friends, since there are many parking lots available in the area. They have valet parking on site, but it's also an easy walk from the Clarendon St. garage, which only charges $10.00 if you... More

Decent Italian food that is served up in big portions, but what this place lacks in stand-out flavors it makes up for with a great wine list and very nice interior space for an environment that can be cool and friendly or charming and romantic, depending on your mood and company. If the heat from the pizza oven and noise... More

Decent Italian restaurant conveniently located on the beautiful Newbury St. Service is great and the food is reasonably priced. They even have a gluten free menu! Perfect restaurant for a date night - I would definitely recommend coming here. Try the Puttanesca pizza, it was delicious!

On a sunny Saturday, mid-afternoon when some Newbury Street restaurants had 30-minute waits for outdoor tables, this restaurant had a couple of empty tables in its pleasant, enclosed outdoor café. I was seated quickly and the service was initially attentive and efficient but deteriorated as the meal progressed so that after the order was taken, the waitress stopped showing up.... More

This was a very nice choice, big interior with lots of seating. Food quality was very good and choice was varied. Wine list was extensive. Service very good. Pleased with our choice!

We ate inside. The staff outdoors, once they realised we had a reservation, weren't interested in us and told us to go inside. Bit brusque, perhaps. Inside was another experience completely. We were given a semi-circular booth, looking out over this beautiful Italian restaurant. Service was very attentive. There's a whole gluten-free menu, and all the food here is made... More

Good atmosphere, service and fine chow. Good for everyone, including kids... good kids menu. We went very early so wasn't crazy busy yet... can get loud. Reasonable pricing for a Newbury St. spot in the Back Bay. My son likes the veal parm and the calamari.

Quick service with good selection of Italian dishes. Chicken piccata a little bland. Salads good. Nice place for quick early dinner.

Ideal location, friendly staff. Food was ok and reasonably priced. Bruschetta lacked some seasoning. Pasta was tasty!
