Stunning Views of Boston

This is a huge restaurant perched at the 52nd floor of Prudential Building with mind-blowing views of Boston. As I checked the entire floor, I could say only 270 degrees view of Boston is covered. This is always fully packed so make a reservation if possible. We came in on a Sunday with no... read more

Four of us enjoyed drinks and light fare at the Top of the Hub one evening, and we were mesmerized by the beautiful view of the Boston Harbor, downtown, and the Back Bay. It couldn’t have been prettier. The food and service were excellent as well. [For the best view, request seating on the east side of the building, i.e.,... More

There's a pretty view, which is great and all, but the crowd is the obnoxious "I'm better than you are because I'm wearing a suit and I could afford to buy my girlfriend from an online site for mail-order brides." The bar-tender didn't know how to make a pretty basic drink, they were out of several types of beers and... More

Visited on Saturday 16th May, 2015. We waited 10 minutes in lobby for a lounge table. Views were magnificent, service was good from a friendly waitress. Food was good but not great, I had hot dog sliders to start which was a very large portion ( 3 hot dogs which weren't small!) and my wife had Chicken Yakitori. I had... More

It's really rare that I find something negative to say about a restaurant and I think this is actually the first time! Took the waiter 20 minutes to bring the wine, 15-29 minutes after to come back and tell us they ran out of what we ordered. To top that he forgot to bring me my salad. So frustrating since... More

Most fabulous view restaurants in big cities prove both over the top in price and disappointing in quality. The Top of the Hub is a wonderful exception. Coming from California for a son's college graduation dinner, this also was the site of one of our first dates when we were in college (for drinks in 1978). We were given a... More

On our first visit to this restaurant we were impressed with the view, food, and service. Being from SF, we enjoy quality seafood. My halibut and chow-duh were delicious as was my wife's lobster bisque. Our Napalese server, Niraj M , was absolutely marvelous. In spite of his recent loss of family and friends in the earthquake, he carried on... More

Visited the restaurant right before sundown so that we could have the best view during daylight and at night with the lights. We didn't have a reservation, but only had to wait for about half an hour for a table for appetizers and drinks. Some of the staff was a little abrupt, I guess they have a lot of people... More

Amazing view, great drinks and an amazing bar crew = a fun Friday night! They know their liquor and the food has improved tremendously in the last 12 months- I recommend the Oysters and the Cobb Salad!

The Service was excellent and the food was perfectly prepared The view was stunning! It was quiet enough that you could hear each others conversations without too much background noise
