Friendly attentive bartender and wait staff made our dining experience one to remember and the desire to return. Upon arrival the host warmly greet us and the bar tender gave us a complementary glass of champagne. Our food was delicious and nicely plated the service unrushed on a busy Saturday night.

We go to Aquitaine about once a year. The South End has a lot of new restaurants, along with closings, but Aquitaine stays strong and popular. In summer (spring, that is), it feels less formal and more bistro, which I like. We were early so had the prix fixe, excellent choices of steak frites and salmon. But all the menu... More

We went here for Sunday brunch. The food was OK, but certainly not of French quality. My husband chose a Croque Monsieur, which turned out to be just a plain old grilled ham-and-cheese on not delicious bread. The place seemed as though it would be comfortable, but the hammering obstreperous music was so obtrusive that we couldn't talk. Our friend... More

The menu is constantly changing, but I still get the specials. The food is fantastic, the waitstaff is knowledgable and helpful when looking for recommendations. This is an excellent place to get a quiet yet sophisticated Brunch without the frou frou sophistication. Valet in front for easy parking options. A great place filled with locals and theatre goers.

Very chic interiors, delicious food thoughtfully prepared, fantastic attentive service. A 3-hour dinner catching up with friends and no hints of being rushed. Our first visit but won't be the last. French in the best sense of that culture.

Been here once before. Great setting for brunch, slightly fancy, without being pretentious. Breakfast very tasty and a little refined and well priced. Good experience. Recommended

This was our third time here and once again the service and food were excellent! The moule frites are consistently delicious as was the pan seared scallops. I highly recommend the filet as well.

I went there with a couple of friends for a brunch. The restaurant is really nice and well decorated, the waiters have been so nice. The food was really disappointing. I ordered a double expresso and it was really watery, then I ate a cinnamon roll which was really chewy, it wasn't fresh. Then I had a french toast. It... More

I went to the restaurant on a recommendation from a colleague. She highly recommended r the sole. It sounded divine. On a Friday night at at 8:00, they ran out out of sole. I ordered mussels instead and were they every disappointing! Awful, tasteless broth and the mussels were blah. The wine was very good, my dinner companion enjoyed the... More
