Great atmosphere

THis is just like the movie. Food is typical barfood, and the drinks were a little high. However for a tourist attraction it is worth the drive/ or walk as we did

Cheers was my favorite TV show, so I had to eat here. Mostly burgers and sandwiches along with salads and other local items. They had plenty of souvenirs and the staff made you feel like a regular. My burger was flavorful and done to order. Both places are popular so get their early to avoid long lines. Most items between... More

One of the must do's when visiting Boston........dropped by for a couple of drinks and was not disappointed, lots of memorabilia on the walls from the hit TV sitcom, even a shop to purchase T-shrts, glasses etc. Worth visit !!

Go,take some pictures and head to the replica at Quincy Market. The place is very crowded and the staff is not very welcoming.

Exactly as the title says, have a photo taken on the famous stairs with the cheers sign, walk down the famous stairs to the bar. Serves some nice beer, you can purchase a tankard with the cheers emblem on for $7 + the cost of the drink! Happy atmosphere & a suitably priced gift shop! Wouldn't bother visiting the other... We visited Cheers for the novelty of it. The place was PACKED! We were seated very quickly and served quickly so that was a huge plus for us. The food was OK, it was average bar food in my opinion but certainly worth it for lunch. I enjoyed the atmosphere and made sure to bring home a beer mug!

Even if you didn't watch the show - it is a fun and delightful place to go have a beer in Norm's seat and take a few pictures. The bartender is busy busy but still friendly and the store is really well done & cute. You can spend more in there than on food or drink.

It just seems normal, that when in Boston, one should visit Cheers. My children have never even seen an episode, but for some reason, they could feel the tradition in the place. My only complaint is the limited space. The management has REALLY packed in as many tables as they could. If you are claustrohobic, do not sit in the... More

The outside was a great photo opportunity but skip eating here. The clam chowder was gritty and I should have passed. Waitress wa playing on her phone instead of seating us. Not only did it taste bad but now I have to expense $9 for three of us. Not worth the fight for parking.
