I spent an evening at Via Matta and found the food and service to be very good. However, the valet service was highly unprofessional. When the car was returned to me at the end of the evening, the driver had somehow found my media files (difficult to find) and was blaring music from the car, that the seat configuration and... More

We were a large group of 20-30 people, but they managed to bring our orders reasonably on time and with no mistakes. Our side of the table, with 5 Europeans, decided to order separately, as we wanted a more expensive wine. We had starters (scallops) and then a pasta - all delicious. The decor was modern and elegant. Total bill... More

We have eaten here before - about 10 years ago and we visited again because we had enjoyed it very much before. We were not disappointed after such a long time. The food was excellent, the Staff were attentive and very pleasant without being over-the-top. Value for money was $90 = £53.57 - excluding the tip - which we gave... More

A friend recommended this restaurant so I thought we'd give it a try. I had the Crunchy Eggplant and my husband had the Insalata mista and both were outstanding. As was our waitress Kara. My Tagliatelle Bolognese was the best I've had in many years. However I can't give this restaurant five stars as my husband was disappointed in his... More

Good Italian near Four Seasons Hotel. Upscale but casual. Two nights ago we were a table of 6 amongst tables for 10 to 20 as it was graduation weekend. It was the first time we'd been there and found staff to be nice and food good. Yes, it is noisy but it's a perfectly good choice for dinner.

We were extremely pleased with the waitstaff, they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was an American interpretation of Italian food, but it was done very nicely and had full of interesting flavors. The wine recommendation was wonderful. We enjoyed the beet salad, the fired eggplant and the mussels. For main course we loved the slightly friend scallops (see... More

I ended up here as I couldn't find restaurant I was looking for. I thought the menu was lacking in selection. This is more of a culinary type restaurant and the food didn't stand up. Don't get me wrong, I had a good meal but for the price it could have been better. I ended up ordering mushroom pasta and... More

This was our second time to this restaurant. We had such an enjoyable experience the first time, we didn't hesitate to book again. My wife started with Spicy Calamari (yummy!) and my daughter ordered the Burrata with Asparagus (heavenly!). For our entrée, I ordered the Tagliatelle (very good) and my wife and daughter ordered the Veal Loin with Prosciutto (tender!).... More

I took my daughter here for her birthday and had the five course chef's tasting menu. While some of the courses were not what I would have ordered, it is always good to expand your palate and try new things. We were not disappointed. First course was a tuna with parsley puree and a lemon sauce. Second course was a... More
