The food is really good, they also offer a wide range of drink options. The ambient is nice and informal, excelent to go with friends

Pasta with lobster was very tasty! An excellent dish, not much expensive. Beautiful atmosphere inside the restutant.

Had a really nice dinner at Teatro before a show at the Opera House which is just around the block. The resturaunt is a single room that looks almost like an old terminal with decorative high cove ceiling. Menu choices were limited - only a couple of specials, but Teatro had a nice feature allowing you to select smaller portion... More

Came here as a group of 7, the restaurant can get noisy, making it hard to hear the other end of the table. But the food is very good and the wine list was an interesting and reasonable selection. Pasta portions are large - we were warned the half portion was too small for a main, but full portion was... More

The food and service were very good. We were accommodated and received separate checks. The menu has choices for everyone, including half portions of delicious pasta.

On the recommendation of a contributor to one of the Trip Advisor travel forums, my husband and I went to Teatro. We did not have a reservation but went as soon as they opened (this usually works if you are willing to eat early). Really good food, including a beet salad to die for, a mouthwatering spinach ravioli and a... More

Location is spot on! Eat a good meal and walk across the street to walk off the meal at Boston Common or the Public Garden. I ordered a ceasar salad and the bolognese. The salad was not good at all, rather boring to be honest. No fresh parmesan cheese. I have had better ceasar salads from a bag at the... More

Yum!!! I love, love, love this place. The bar is awesome (the "hot tub" martini is to die for!! And the white grape Cosmo is a close second!) the bartenders remember your past orders and are friendly and professional. The food is SO GOOD! The flat bread pizzas, the ravioli, and tortellini are some favorites. But don't miss the amazing... More

I have been to Teatro a few times in recent months. The food and drinks are excellent. I love the option of a smaller pasta dish. My favorite thing to do is to order one of the salads and a small pasta dish...just the right amount of food. The beet salad is wonderful. The decor is very beautiful, it was... More

The menu was under Italian headings but the staff were quick to explain what the different entries meant. Obviously a local favorite and voted on of the 10 best Italian restaurants in Boston.
