Nachos, pastrami, beer oh my

I read that the restaurant had a kids menu, so my family and I decided to stop in for a beer and food before Disney on Ice. I was happy to see a lot of other younger kids around. We got chili nachos, pastrami, and some sourdough bites. The food was excellent. I would say our waiter was much to... read more

I've been here a few times in the past, as it's my go-to spot before a Bruins game (aside from the Regina) if I need a bite before the puck drops. As bar food goes, this place does it really well. They don't have to worry about being nominated for a James Beard award, but they make some killer nachos,... More

I had the Beer Works Classic Burger with a side of mashed potatoes, which was a big portion and very very good!

This place has great beer and apps this is a must stop for me when I'm watching the Celtics or Bruins play! Plenty of space and their beers are cold and great. I recommend the Fenway ale !!! Gets busy so get there as early as you can!!!

We were a party of four adults and two children (2) and 3 weeks. The management went above and beyond. They had a table on the upper floor and took us through the back hall to an elevator. We were there prior to a Rod Segar concert and it was crowded. Background music was great. I had the pastrami sandwich... More

Came in around 3pm on Saturday afternoon. Place only had a few diners, mostly people at the bar. We were seated right away. Service was quick and friendly - no issues there. They didn't have all the beers on the menu available. My husband tried to order a couple things and they didn't have them. When we did settle on... More

This place is well worth a visit for its wide range of craft beers. Knowledgeable staff can tell you what might float your boat. Hungry? You won't be after a feed here. I had the ribs with creamed potato, green beans and corn bread. $14 for a real plate full and great tasting. Husband had great pastrami sandwich too. We... More

Stopped in here for supper before hitting the Fleetwood mac show at TD garden. Managed to sneak in just before the rush. Great selection of beers, our server was very friendly and answered any questions we had. The restaurant got busy really fast but the service didn't slow down, our waitress was always there to fill up empty pints! Great... More

As a Bruins season ticket holder, I frequent the Canal St Beer Works often. I usually love the atmosphere, food, beer and service. Last Thursday night I had an experience that will probably mean the end of our traditional pre game meal. My daughter and I arrived at 5:10pm. There were many empty tables. No wait. However, the hostess told... More
