Decided to eat here and it was pretty tasty and reasonably priced considering the name and location. Our waitress was attentive to our needs and filled our water bottles upon request before we left. Would eat there again.

We took a break from the Freedom Trail to have lunch at this restaurant. We were seated at an outside table by the mall. My husband had the burger and fries while I had the Boston Baked Beans with franks. My husband said that the burger was good, nothing special but a satisfactory meal. My "Boston Baked Beans" were rather... More

If you like to wait in line, sit in a crowed place, watch a number of TVs with different content and finally eat a regular Burger then you have found the right spot. Maybe Cheers was a popular TV-show, but how long time can they live on that. You really need to be a die-hard fan.

Nothing really noteworthy about "Bull and Finch" bar (AKA Cheers)....we had friends visiting us from London and Cheers is playing on BBC (As is Dallas)....but then again the BBC TV shows we see on PBS are ancient too

We all had lovely lunch meals with wine at reasonable prices. Our waitress was amazingly friendly and stopped to chat when she could. A very nice place to visit.

Went here as a Cheers fan and glad I did. Ate dinner which was ok. Our server was not good. I won't give the details, but I did not leave a tip and told the manager before I left. He was sincerely concerned and hopefully will work to prevent a similar occurrence by this waitress or others. I did not... More

Atmosphere is neat to see if Cheers fan, food was good, waitress named Mandy was wonderful and helpful and offered to take a picture of my husband and I since we are here on vacation. Bathroom's are downstairs, careful of the steps. Gift shop is next store, staff not as friendly as the waitstaff. Asked for military discount, they do... More

The best thing that I can say is that the location is nice and convenient to Quincey Market and Faneuil Hall. We needed a break and stopped here for a beer, chowder, and snacks. The food and service were average. The bar area was loud. Lots of Cheers memorabilia from the TV show. The women's restroom wasn't very clean.

We had a group of 8 (4 couples) and we decided to drop in around 9:30 or so for drinks on their large patio after having dinner. There were at least 40 seats and lots of empty tables and so we got a couple of tables together and were going to sit down when one of the servers (the servers... More

Just saw a drug transaction between a server and a drug dealer! Saw what I saw, have to explain to my family why the dude got to leave out the emergency exit and we can't.
