They didn't even ask my name!

Stopped in for obvious reasons...the name. the food was average and the service poor. Kept having to ask where our waitress was, once when order was wrong, other time to get our check. Take a picture of the sign and move on to another restaurant would be my recommendation.

Very average food and service. At the urging of a travel companion, we ate here. As you may imagine, this is significantly touristy. This is also a location, not the original bar. If I could do it all over, I'd get a beer in one of the signature mugs, take a pic, and keep moving.

The experience of walking down to cheers was pretty neat. The food was average and the prices were to be expected.

We have had lunch here a few times - the beer is always cold and service good! We had burgers here, they were good too. The best thing to do here is people watch!

If you look up "Boston tourist trap" you will likely see a picture of Cheers at Faneuil Hall. At $7.50 pr beer and $11 (?) for a bowl of chowder the place is way overpriced and the food just isn't that good. If Sam Malone or "The Coach" stopped by it might be worth the price. Do yourself a favor.... More

While this is not the original location, this second location at Quincy Market was nice to visit and closer (walking distance) to where we parked. Good cold beer, friendly bartender. While we didn't any food, the plates i did see didn't look like anything special....but i would go back for a drink.

Although this is not the original, they did replicate the bar and it is in a great location. We were there on a sunny summer day at the end of June and it is worth a visit if you were a fan of the show and are near Faneuil Hall.

As a huge fan of the show, I would have probably given it 5 stars even if the food was bad. However, the food was terrific and the service was equally outstanding. What a cool experience!

Since this was right across the street form our hotel, we ended up here almost every night. It was like coming home. It isn't the original site of the bar, but has been recreated to look like it. We did see the original on one of our tours, however. The food was good and it was easy to get back... More

Super cool! The bartenders are very friendly and accommodating. We paid a little extra for the beer so we can bring home the souvenir Cheers mug (which I use everyday for coffee too!).
