This was a shot in the dark for some Mexican food after we tired of pasta and burgers during the week and it was a decent pick. You start with free chips and salsa with refills coming without any issues. We all got something different and nobody had any real issues. One of us had the combo BBQ, not quite... More

I'm not sure what to say apart from wow. Wondering through Boston trying to find an affordable, but pleasant, restaurant can be a rather ambitious task, but my family and I were lucky enough to stumble upon this beauty. We were quickly seated and i decided to have the 'Taco Salad' which my mother had from a different restaurant further... More

We popped in for lunch and took advantage of the 2 enchiladas for $4. It is downstairs in the market area. The place has a good atmosphere and the food was very tasty and good portions. We will be back.

If you are looking for a good value meal then this easy to miss Mexican restaurant might be for you. From Quincy Market you go downstairs to the main restaurant/bar. Service was friendly and efficient, Nachos and dips to start (FOC) and a good choice of standard Mexican food. Good quality and reasonable prices.

It was so hot visiting Boston, so we were looking to eat inside. Tex Mex in a lower level sounded perfect. There was no one to greet us and took a while to be noticed. After being seated, it took some time to get chips and longer to have water brought out. The waitress placed the glasses down while holding... More

Solid tex-mex food for an unbelievable price. Usually good service. The complementary chips and salsa are worth the price of admission.

On a hot summer afternoon, our party of four was loving all the food choices in the market, but the kids were yearning for some air conditioned comfort.....hence our visit to this basement resto. Our visit was mid afternoon and the place was understandably pretty empty. Decor was interesting but seemed a bit dirty....with kinda gross bathrooms to match. They... More

Recently, we ate here following a U2 concert. The place is nothing to look at since it is the basement of a building. However, it was busy with some locals which is always a good sign. We sat in the bar area & our server was attentive despite the amount of people. The margaritas were good. Chips & salsa were... More

I'm not generally a fan of Mexican food but we found this place on a roasting hot day at Quincy Market and it was lovey and cool inside. The food was great, prices great for the centre of Boston and the staff were very friendly. We stayed to watch some tennis in the bar after our meal - this place... More
