Dinner in the Jerne Restaurant at the Ritz on September 6 was shockingly bad. A lobster pasta entree was served nearly cold (it was supposed to be hot), tasted of nothing but salt and had just a few tiny shreds of lobster meat. The ice cream sundae consisted of three very hard chocolate chip cookies glued together like a sandwich... more

Kind of a strange little place, not too many tables, maybe about 8 tables in all. The service is absurdly slow. 7 of us sat down to dinner at 6:30 and did not get our entrees for a least an hour. We considered ordering dessert at about 8:30 when our dinner plates were cleared, but realized it would probably take... more
