Went out for a birthday dinner with friends. I like this style of food because it is a social occasion. It's fun to share dishes and chat while you cook the food. I am not a big fan of making your own meal, especially when raw meat is involved, but once in a while is OK. The server was helpful... More

You can't get fresher food than this. Novel concept of cooking your own, fresh ingredients, great atmosphere and staff on hand to advise. It's a must if you are in Boston!!

On top of being a pretty good deal, this place has really got some good shabu shabu! Everyone gets their own personal shabu pot which means everyone can order and have what they want. Friendly staff. Lot of different meat types (including Wagyu from Japan, Australia etc.) mean that you will not have to settle. The shabu broth types are... More

This is not a tourist trap. Lots of locals and Asians were eating their casual Tuesday night dinner here. Looks like your typical Shabu style hot-pot but the staff and food set it above the rest. Beer is cheap too. Had the spare ribs and it was spectacular. We were surprised at how inexpensive everything was! This is a place... More

This was my first hot pot experience, and I really enjoyed it! The waitress was very attentive, and she made sure to explain how to cook the food and checked in often to ensure we were happy. The meats and vegetables were high quality and delicious. Plus, we ordered smoothies with boba, and they were delicious!!! All around a good... More

Amazingly fresh food. First hot pot experience and enjoyed it a lot! Meat and veggies were of the best quality. Prices were reasonable and our server tried his best to help us understand how the hot pot experience worked. Atmosphere was fun and inviting.

If you've never been to hot pot before, as your waiter/waitress for a demonstration. You choose your soup base and then order meat (or protein) from there. I highly recommend the higher quality cuts of beef. All meat is cut very fine - it will cook very quickly!

This was more than good food, it was different way to dine. It was a good thing that I went with someone that knew what was going on or I would have been wondering what to do. Select entrees, spices, flavorings, noodles/ rice, etc. Then you cook your food items in a broth that is boiling in front of you!... More

This was our first experience with a hot pot restaurant, and it was a fun experience. We ordered three entrees, and an add-on of mushrooms which seemed to be plenty for our family of five. The variety was great, and we enjoyed trying new foods. However, our server did not explain how to cook the raw vegetables, especially the unfamiliar... More
