Brunch with Dim Sum newbies

Four of us had Sunday Dim Sum. It's so much fun seeing push carts with steaming delectables. So many choices. We had to remind ourselves that our eyes are bigger than our stomach. Once seated, the steaming carts come out you all at once. We had so much food on our table in just a few minutes that... read more

They came to our table with different dim sums, which were excellent !!!! We also ordered some typical dishes like egg rolls, fried rice, chicken and broccoli, and egg foo young. Everything was delicious ............. we had enough to take home for several more lunches.

Having read the reviews I was optimistic even on seeing the very basic decor but I was sooooo disappointed. I opted for one of their speciality dishes of soft shell crab, squid and shrimp. Never before have I not been able to cut or chew squid. The crab & shrimp were so 'unfresh' that they tasted awful and my stomach... More

Really good and a lot per plate. Downside is nothing comes with side. If you want fried rice to have to order a whole order.

I happened to walk past this place and noticed the awards. I went in for the lunch special and it was amazing. I can't believe the value and quality of food and presentation. The service was impeccable. The soup, duck, pork, rice and vegetables were perfectly cooked and presented in a very professional manner. I can't wait to go back.... More

This food is really good, especially the Shrimp Fried Rice. We also ordered the Chicken with Black Bean Sauce and the Fried Noodles with Beef. Both were delicious as well. I feel the food was fairly priced and you got plenty of food. I would recommend it to you. Parking is hard to find, but after all, it is Boston.... More

My husband picked up a couple of servings of wonton soup for a late night snack and it was so bad I couldn't eat it. Bok choy was out of season, broth was boring and I nearly choked on the actual wontons. It's rare that I give restaurants a terrible review, but here I can attest that the soup was... More

I had dim sum here more than half a dozen years ago. It was busy and good too. This time there were just a few tables of guests. The main floor was empty. The place is even worse looking then before which I didn't mind because the food was good. It is still ok but barely. Still cheap at about... More

Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
A small area rich in Chinese cultural influences, visit Boston’s Chinatown for some great Asian cuisine and small, authentic bakeries. Enter through the iconic Chinatown gate and stroll down Beach, Tyler, and Kneeland streets to explore the compact area. Rest your feet from walking and grab a bite at one of the many restaurants around Chinatown. From traditional Chinese to Vietnamese to Malaysian, there is a wide range of Asian food available, within easy access of South Station. At night, Chinatown becomes a late night food destination after the bars close.
