I had dim sum here more than half a dozen years ago. It was busy and good too. This time there were just a few tables of guests. The main floor was empty. The place is even worse looking then before which I didn't mind because the food was good. It is still ok but barely. Still cheap at about... read more

My husband picked up a couple of servings of wonton soup for a late night snack and it was so bad I couldn't eat it. Bok choy was out of season, broth was boring and I nearly choked on the actual wontons. It's rare that I give restaurants a terrible review, but here I can attest that the soup was... More

Returned to this restaurant for the first time in many, many years for dinner last week. It was deserted. The carpeted stairs to the bathroom were filthy and the bathroom itself was not much better. The sauce on our eggplant congealed to a gelatinous consistency within a few minutes of being left on the table. The other dish was not... More

Went on the recommendation of someone at a conference. Wide variety of food. Was sooooo thankful to see corn and chicken soup on the menu! I've missed that. Food seemed a bit pricey at first glance - that was until it arrived. Big portions! Like massive. I ordered the small soup - it came in a full-sized bowl. I then... More

Spring rolls, scallion pancakes, and sauteed veggie dishes were all good. Lo mein was overcooked, and seafood (shrimp and squid) seemed of low quality. Also, hygiene of the restaurant (carpet, bathroom) needs improvement.

I came here during a lunch break during a conference at the Boston Convention Center- only a very short bus ride (Silver Like to South Station) and walk from the BCEC. It was fairly quiet when I got there (1:15 pm), so I was seated immediately. A very cheery woman with a food cart approached and asked if I wanted... More

Once we arrived we were seated immediately, this was a weekday around dinner time. I am neither here or there with the food. I feel like some of the food was already prepped and re-heated, I know restaurants do this but ensure the temparture of the food. I would suggest the Calamari, the Lobster, the Scorpion Bowl and a couple... More

Great dim sum! We loved everything that we chose, although many carts did not come our way. We missed out on salads and seafood. The whole place needs an overhaul and the restroom was horrible. That being said, this is the second time we have been there and the food is good. We will return!

This China town area is nice but not what I was expecting. They have a great archway in front of the China town. The Cho Chow restaurant is easy to find. Once you enter the restaurant it is very noticeable to see the place is very dirty. It stands out from the moment you enter the front door. They did... More
