Not bad for a food truck parked on the side of the road... It actually hit the spot at the time - bacon, avacado, and muenster... Could have used another slice of cheese. Overall, I'd pay $4 again, but not $6

I stopped by this food truck for lunch and had the Mighty Rib Melt. Braised beef with carmelized onions and melted fontina. So very good!

Stumbled upon this during our trip to Boston and had to try it. I had the Three Cheese Melt and it was pretty good. My husband had the Green Monster Melt, which he said was okay. We also had the iced tea lemonade. I liked it, but my husband thought it was too sour. The food was ready quickly and... More

I just moved to Brighton, and found out this truck parks a block away from my apartment. I got two kinds of grilled cheese, one with braised short ribs and fontina, and another with roasted pears, brie, and caramelized onions. Both were amazing and I'll definitely go back. I want to try the fries, which everyone else seems to like.... More

Even standing out in the pouring rain didn't dampen the amazing taste or the crispy bread of Roxy's grilled cheese sandwiches. I imagine if the weather had been better we would have had to wait much longer for our lunch. The fries were also delicious. They do an amazing job putting together great flavor combinations. Well worth the calories!

We had two grilled cheese sandwiches and an order of the fries on a rainy Friday afternoon. Both sandwiches were very well made and delicous, well worth standing in the rain waiting for. Go check them out, your taste buds will thank for for it

Roxy's is a Boston food truck that serves the best grilled cheese sandwiches EVER. I get it every time they are in my neighborhood, especially my favorite they have in the Summer with grilled peaches, brie, and candied pecans. They usually have a few spectacular sides as well, and fresh brewed iced tea. If you see their yellow truck, don't... More

This is the best grilled cheese I've ever had. Probably the least health, but Roxy's does a really good job with every sandwich.

It's reasonably priced and superbly delicious. Who knew there were so many interesting combinations that you could press between two deliciously crispy pieces of bread? There is a brie and fig combo that is just so wonderful. And the rosemary-dusted fries. Yum! The people are really friendly and they don't try to do too many things. Grilled cheese is the... More

I was very excited when I stumbled across Roxy's food truck after watching them on Food Network. I had their rosemary & truffle oil fries which were delicious.
