Just okay

Great atmosphere but food was just okay- we eat in the North End quite frequently and with a daughter with Celiac we were told the Gluten Free options were excellent- I would have to disagree greatly- the garlic "bread" was just a disguised gluten free flat bread with no taste. The Gluten Free... read more

In advance of a Christmas Holiday in Boston I made a dinner reservation with Beneventos Restaurant (Boston North End) for Christmas Eve 2014. The booking was made some weeks previously through Open Table and was confirmed by Beneventos. Just after 2pm. on 24 December the reservation was cancelled by Beneventos without explaination. This is not something we are used to... More

Thoroughly enjoyed this place, the pizza was truly excellent, it's now my second favorite to Santarpios, and the service was fantastic. We also had the eggplant rollotinis, which were delicious. There are so many little Italian restaurants in the north end, some famous and some not so much. I never heard of this place before, and we just wandered in,... More

We had just gotten into Boston and needed a place to get out of the cold and decide on our plan for the day. Benevento's was one of the few places open for lunch with a bar, so we stopped in and are so glad we did! The staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially loved our bartender, Amanda. Decor... My boyfriend and I come here often for the pizza. They also have a nice beer selection and we really love the atmosphere. Our favorite is the prosciutto pizza

My family and I went here for a night out in Boston. Our sever was extremely friendly and very helpful on the menu. We started with the calamari which was plenty for 4 people. I had the sausage cacciatore over nocchi. The red sauce was amazing. The portion was large and more than enough. The other entrees, chicken marsala, chicken... More

I was in town that weekend for a christmas present my boyfriend had gotten me. We made reservations there and I absolutely loved the menu my beautiful table near the window and my date. However my waitress AMANDA. Decided to be extra flirty with my boyfriend even going so far as touching him. I was mortified and I'm not a... More

Great pizza straight from the brick oven. Fabulous lobster ravioli. Big portions. Pretty squished in as quite a small place but nice friendly feel. Glad we found this little gem.

We were in the area at lunch and stopped here for a super tasting meal. The crust on the pizza was amazing. The flavor was super and the toppings even better. We also had the soup that warmed you right up and kept you wanting more. They also gave you bread and oil at the table to pick on that... More
