As a vegetarian, I have had my fair share of of veggie burgers. Honestly this is one of the best I have ever had. The waiter informed me that it is not a patty they buy rather they make them from scratch at the restaurant. The sweet potato fries were a great addition. And the house sauce coined "5n sauce",... To start I was craving a burger and thought that this would be a good spot as I have been here before. It seemed that this evening the wait staff was resting on their laurels. Item 1: not busy at all and we had to wait for the host to go and find a table. Upon arriving at he had... More

Our group needed a place to meet and eat near downtown Boston....somewhere for drinks, not too formal. 5 Napkin's seemed to fit the bill, being suggested by a member of our party. Parking was way expensive (practically impossible on the street, even at 7 PM), $14 even after validation...Place was busy....about 3/4 full, but emptying....Our initials orders for food and... My daughter and I went to 5 Napkins on a very busy Saturday night. We had a reservation and were seated right away. The homemade lemonade and bavarian pretzel appetizer were excellent. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her burger, and the handcut fries were excellent. I ordered the lobster roll sliders from the "Specialties" menu, along with the cheddar tots. Unfortunately,... More

Great burgers. Loved the cheesy potato puffs. Good beer selection. Nice wait staff and knowledgeable about the menu. Our waitress made good recommendations. A bit pricey but the food was good, so we were fine with it.

The place was a little empty when we stopped by although there was still a good atmosphere with the bustling wait staff and music. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgable and the service was quick and efficient. Convenient for the prudential centre T station this large venue probably has a great vibe when it gets busier.

Came here just after 2pm on a weekday and the place was almost empty. Hence, the service was good. Can't unfortunately say that of the burger - I had the 5 Napkins classic burger, which was OK, but not exceptional, considering the price. The accompanying chips were very salty. Overall a disappointing meal.

We really, really liked the food here, but for some reason, had some of the worst service ever at this restaurant. I got the classic burger with sweet potato fries, which were crispy and delish. My boyfriend also liked his burger and fries. I've given this a "very good" rating based on the food, since I hate when poor ratings... More

The burgers were delicious although the restaurant did lack atmosphere as there was not many people eating.
