One of the juiciest burgers I've had, but didn't taste greasy. I also had the grilled fish. It was very flavorful. The chips are homemade and aren't greasy either.

The burgers were yummy, and so were the homemade milkshakes and onion rings. The trolley tour guide recommended this place and I am glad he did.

This was a nice find, spotted it driving by on a tour. The food is on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Very high quality food, great milkshakes and excellent service. Choice of tables or space at the bar.

Love the interior of the restaurant! Service is friendly, and thorough. They always explain the new items. The unique way they serve certain items is fun. Matza Ball soup, blue cheese burger, wings, onion rings, and root beer float top my list.

We tried to go to the Cheesecake Factory on a Sunday night but it was fully booked. So we walked down Huntington Ave looking for other places. 5 Napkin Burger was pretty empty so we went in. We'd been to the same chain in NYC so we thought we'd give it a try in Boston. The food was quick to... More

The fake meat rolling racks on the celing and the TVs playing spots indicate that this is more a modern urbanites sports bar than a restaurant. Servers were a bit too familiar with patrons, but some people like that. Burger was juicy and cooked just right to my taste. Fries were excellent.

This was our first visit to 5 Napkin. There were six in our party and we all enjoyed our meals. One plus is they took a lunch reservation, which most restaurants in the area don't. Service was good, but slow. For example, we had to repeatedly ask for water and coffee refills. The burgers and salads were very good, but... More

We asked around and several clerks at the shops at the Prudential Center suggested this would be a good place for lunch. The weather was inclement so we wanted to stay indoors and not venture out on the street. My husband and I each ordered a burger. His was the 10 oz burger while I chose the cheddar bacon burger... As a vegetarian, I have had my fair share of of veggie burgers. Honestly this is one of the best I have ever had. The waiter informed me that it is not a patty they buy rather they make them from scratch at the restaurant. The sweet potato fries were a great addition. And the house sauce coined "5n sauce",... To start I was craving a burger and thought that this would be a good spot as I have been here before. It seemed that this evening the wait staff was resting on their laurels. Item 1: not busy at all and we had to wait for the host to go and find a table. Upon arriving at he had... More
