I stopped in while staying in Boston for work, I ordered a cheeseburger & fries which were really good. The restaurant wasn't too busy considering this was around the time of the Boston Marathon. The service was great & the staff was really friendly!! The value was really good, I probably paid $13 for my meal & a Heineken.

Stopped in on a Sunday night after a long day on foot and were delighted with both the menu and the draught list. Our waitress Raven was awesome and fun. Food was cooked exactly as we requested and the ambiance was nice and slow on a late Sunday night...def would go back if in Beantown...

You do indeed need 5 napkins to eat one of their burgers. It is not because the meat is that juicy, it is because of the sauce the put on it. Server was friendly, but slow. Price was too high for what you get - but that is Boston.

It took a recent trip to finally get to 5 Napkin Burger (I live in NYC where we have several 5 Napkin's) and loved it. From the 'dirty martini' to the very juicy burger to the tuna burger, all great. Our waiter, Matt, was very friendly and accommodating. We took the advice of others and ordered the sauces on the... More

Had a lunch there, tried four different burgers, onion soup and matzo ball soup as well. The server we had was very nice, attentive and friendly. The food was pretty average for the price and not as good as hyped. My burger was severely overcooked (medium rare request, quite well done served), was a 'featured burger' and looked nothing like... You need 5 napkins because there's 1/2 cup of nasty sauce on your burger. But the sweet potato fries are great!

We tried this place for lunch when we first arrived in Boston. The inside looks pretty cool, and they have a great people-watching patio out front (which is where we sat). Our waiter was okay - service was a bit slow but not terrible. I ordered the bloody mary right away because I could see it at someone else's table... More

Great burgers cooked well, good sides and drinks. Good value for money and good service. Very empty on the week night that we went and really liked the choice on the menu.

This looked great busy and fun we were disappointed, the Blackberry and ginger cocktail at $11 did not come with the half salt rim or any fruit dressing. The food was tasty but poorly presented, it was so busy the server barely had time to call at the table.
