Large portions but taste and quality nothing out of the ordinary. Prices medium I.e around $20 per head

Came here just after 2pm on a weekday and the place was almost empty. Hence, the service was good. Can't unfortunately say that of the burger - I had the 5 Napkins classic burger, which was OK, but not exceptional, considering the price. The accompanying chips were very salty. Overall a disappointing meal.

We really, really liked the food here, but for some reason, had some of the worst service ever at this restaurant. I got the classic burger with sweet potato fries, which were crispy and delish. My boyfriend also liked his burger and fries. I've given this a "very good" rating based on the food, since I hate when poor ratings... More

The burgers were delicious although the restaurant did lack atmosphere as there was not many people eating.

I had the avocado/ranch burger w/onion rings. The burger was delicious. The onion rings were average. But, my husband had the cheddar tots...now you're talking! Crispy on the outside and cheddar cheesy mashed potatoes on the inside. Wish I knew how they made it.

On October 27th after a morning of appointments at a Boston hospital we stopped for a hamburger at Five Napkin Burger right near the Prudential Center. Great service and an absolutely delicious hamburger. It was easy to get a table. No waiting at all. I would recommend that you either shop at the Prudential Shops (spending at least $50) for... More

I stopped in while staying in Boston for work, I ordered a cheeseburger & fries which were really good. The restaurant wasn't too busy considering this was around the time of the Boston Marathon. The service was great & the staff was really friendly!! The value was really good, I probably paid $13 for my meal & a Heineken.

Stopped in on a Sunday night after a long day on foot and were delighted with both the menu and the draught list. Our waitress Raven was awesome and fun. Food was cooked exactly as we requested and the ambiance was nice and slow on a late Sunday night...def would go back if in Beantown...

You do indeed need 5 napkins to eat one of their burgers. It is not because the meat is that juicy, it is because of the sauce the put on it. Server was friendly, but slow. Price was too high for what you get - but that is Boston.
