Description: Co-Owners Brian Piccini and Executive Chef Christopher Coombs are proud of their award winning Restaurant & Bar, Deuxave in the Back Bay. I must admit that I have a bias against black walls, dark furniture with black paneling including those styrofoam paneled ceiling painted black which I guess is supposed to be romantic but i like to see my food. I booked this restaurant based on its reputation. It certainly lived up to that. Just a beautiful meal, exceptional service and the staff were very attentive without being noticed, if you know what I mean. They were just there as soon as we wanted something. Had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Our waiter knew everything about wine and it was so impressive. The food was beyond exceptional! Full of flavor and presentation was outstanding! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Overall an excellent dining experience. The atmosphere, service and food were top notch. Our server was helpful and attentive as were the serving support staff. This is a more upscale food restaurant but not stuffy so I really liked that aspect, anyone would be comfortable dining there. The location can't be beat.
