The kebabs are great at this place. If you want to try afgani food its a must. The lambs chops and the kebabs are the best. The food is Halal.

We've dined here 6 or 7 times and never had a bad meal. There are vegetarian options for those who need them. The cad do pumpkin and meat dish is a great 1st course. The lamb is wonderfully seasoned. Adequate wine and beer selections and all at reasonable prices!
This restaurant is a great addition to the many wonderful restaurants in Allston. I have eaten there sevberal times with family, friends, and most recently with my book groupo as we were reading a book about Afghanistan. The meals have been great every time. Service always friendly. Parking can be an issue and observe the resident parking signs as you...

Wow! I was blown away by this restaurant both times I ate there. The flavors are exquisite and every dish was perfect. I had to try the kaddo as others recommended. The sweet, pulpy pumpkin with the tangy yoghurt sauce and rich beef sauce was out of this world. The mantu were just right, and the aushak (ravioli with leeks...

A real little gem of a restaurant. Everything was lovingly prepared and presented and the food was excellent. Our party of four liked everything we ordered, all delicious. Especially the Kaddo pumpkin, they are famous for it, we have never tasted pumpkin prepared like that before! Prices were surprisingly and pleasingly moderate, a very good value. Good selection of wines....

Delicious fare with a very different palate. Very well prepared and well presented in an urban storefront restaurant. Polite and efficient service, not overbearing, but attentive.
We had a great birthday celebration at this small, charming store front of a restaurant in Brighton. The only downside is a lack of parking. Our visit was on a Friday night and the neighborhood was jumping. Be prepared to look a while for on-street parking and be prepared to walk a little once you find a place for your...

This place is fantastic. If you have been to The Helmand in Cambridge, or other similar restaurants, you will be very familiar with these dishes. I decided to sample all of the appetizers instead of getting an entree. The highlight was the kaddo - a sweet pumpkin topped with the delicious Afghan equivalent of a beef ragu sauce that provides...

What a delightful restaurant with such sweet servers! Having not tried Afghani food before, I was a bit hesitant but it was delicious. I had the Tikka Kabob with pallow rice and lentils-fabulous. The predinner bread and assorted dips were a great start to the meal. Don't miss the homemade ice cream with pomegranite sauce and pistachios-yummmy.
