Best litle hole in the wall on Hanover Street.

We went here on a recommendation from a friend. It didnt' disappoint. There was a wait like 40 mins but we weren't in a rush. We got seated within 20 and it was a Saturday night. Visited Panza during height of summer tourist season with a work colleague on a Wednesday night. We had reservations but were placed at the back of the restaurant near two top which was set for 3. So although the bruschetta and lobster ravioli were wonderful and service attentive, the seating placement was not and made us only want to get... More

With four of us attending we had a fantastic meal. I had the Salmon dish, chicken parm was the best, pasta was great, ravioli was great, finished with egg plant was great. Definitely will earn a return trip when we are back in Boston.

Cute, small restaurant with great service and wonderful food. The mussels in the spicy red sauce were wonderful and the calamari didn't disappoint.

In the heart of the Italian heritage neighborhood with lots of activity going on all around. Very small but the ambience was fantastic. Unfortunately with the size of the place they knew they would be filled most of the evening and the attitude of some of the staff was less than welcoming. Waiter was very nice, hostess not so much.... More

Vacationing in Boston walking the Freedom Trail my wife and I stopped in passing through the North End for a quick lunch and were very happy we did! The mussels marinara and caprese salad were great, and my wife enjoyed her Caesar salad and grilled chicken. Very friendly and attentive service even though the waiter was alone. Would definitely recommend.

We made a reservation at this restaurant for my birthday yesterday. When we arrived, the hostess said we didn't have a reservation. Not so, we said, but she still said we didn't have a reservation even though we had spelled our last name for her three times when we called her with the reservation request. No apology or offer to... More

Not fancy, but great value here. Good variety on the menu, tasty food, and LARGE portions. A $6 glass of good wine was filled to the brim. Salmon entree w/ risotto was delicous. Caesar salad that we ordered wasn't great, but overall I would definitely recommend. Especially, if you're not trying to break the bank.

Our late lunch on the Fourth of July was well worth the 15 minute wait standing in line at the door. Perhaps a dozen tables fit into the warmly painted and charmingly decorated room, where a pleasant waitstaff serves generous portions of hearty (but not heavy), savory Italian fare. One of the hand-written chalk daily specials was excellent, as was... More

One of my favorites in the north end for authentic Italian food. Service is always speedy - but the wait by the door on the weekends makes you feel a bit rushed as those in line are just watching and waiting for you to be done. Also - basically ate with two strangers as we were part of a 4... More
