Our overall experience at Panza was outstanding. The staff was wonderful in accommodating our party of 10 people. The food was outstanding, loved the sauce, and the portions were huge. My son stated this was the best chicken parm he had ever had. The menu options were plentiful, the beer selection was good and the wine was tasty. We would... More

We researched restaurants in the North End before we went to Boston and chose wisely. The food at Panza was wonderful. The portions were large. I had the special gnocchi with broccoli rabe and spicy sausage. . My husband had an appetizer of mussels in red sauce and linguine pescatore. They all.were fabulous.

Panza is consistently one of my favorite North End Italian restaurants. They constantly deliver on flavor, service, value, portion size and ambiance. Even when my brother's dish was prepared with the wrong sauce ( red instead of white ), our waiter Carmen gave my brother a Free glass of wine without even asking. Get there early, and make a reservation!... More

Having seen the intense line ups at Panza in past visits to Boston, I went in for an early dinner at 4 PM and was seated right away. Great call, as the place quickly became full within 20 minutes. For dinner, I had a Caesar salad and linguine with littleneck clams and fradiavolo sauce. The Caesar was piled high and... More

This restaurant fits right in amongst a sea of mediocrity in the North End. It's ok - absolutely nothing special except that it feels less touristy and the food is probably a bit better than the others. Menu is somewhat limited and the food is fair. The biggest issue is that we had a 7:30 reservation and were kept waiting... More

The food was good but not unusual; I don't really understand the exceptional ratings. We tried chicken marsala, veal marsala, a gnocchi which was one of the specials, and penne amatriciana, and although all were fine, they weren't better than similar dishes we have had (in Boston and other cities). The best item was fried calamari - we had the... More

Excellent meal on a cold Friday night! We arrived at 5pm, before the mad crush, so though we did not have a reservation, we were able to get a table - but just barely! When we left 90 min later, the line was out the door, despite the frigid temperatures! Our server was very warm and welcoming - in stark... More

We made a reservation for 5:30 on a Friday we arrived a little before 5:30 and by 5:45 the restaurant was packed! We ordered the sangria, calamari, and lasagna. Everything was delicious and well timed. Would recommend eating here if you are in the area.

Very good and family friendly service was experienced on a Saturday afternoon. A minor issue was with olive oil on our table, but the food is great, and portions huge. You pay the price, but also buy another meal to go!
