I found this place on TripAdvisor after another place in East Boston didn't take Amex (I was traveling for business). It's small, probably 10 tables and 30 seats. In this case they use it to their advantage. They're not feeding an army they're focusing on a small crowd and doing what they do very well. I had pasta with shrimp,... More

I'm still just happy from dinner last night. Fresh lobster, shrimp and crab, a hint of habañero in the buttery cream sauce, homemade pappardelle that were like velvet...so, SO wonderful. And the place is tiny, like 10 tables. I felt like I was at the home of Italian relatives with the nona taking care of us. Seemed like all locals... More

This was a final meal before dropping off our hire car and coming home. We were dining at an odd time (4pm) but were made to feel welcome and had some lovely food and wine at a really good price

The Lobster Guiseppi is amazing. I get it every time I come here. You get four lobster tails! It's hands down one of my favorite spots. Great service as well. No complaints.

Utterly worthy of its high ranking. Went for a family meal and it was simply outstanding! The food had a real home made feel. Portions for all courses were more than generous and every bite was wonderful. Great Italian focused wine list at reasonable prices. The staff (all family I think) were brilliant. Very engaging and you could tell it... More

...do yourself and go to a local East Boston Italian restaurant. Our airport hotel suggested a few in the area and they had a shuttle that went to most of them. E. Boston may not be Newbury Street, but there is a local character unique to the Italian neighborhood that you must experience. Thanks to Antonietta, the restaurant owner and... More

I wanted some good seafood and the hotel suggested this great place. Hotel called for a reservation at 18:30 but they were booked until 21:00. I decided to show up and take my chances, got lucky. It's a small place around 30 chairs with great service and awesome food. Had the clam chowder, spicy lobster guiseppi and tiramisu. Good size... More

Great little hole in the wall. This was my second time. Seafood meatballs and calamari are both delicious. Can't go wrong with any of the dishes. The waitress told me they are relocating.
