Mixologists at their best

This is one place that yo don't walk into and ask for a "gin and tonic"! What you do is walk in, get seated at one of the three bars and tell the person behind the bar "make me something interesting with gin"!! The people behind the bar at Drink are at the top of their craft. They come up... read more

This was recommended to us by a lady working in Mac in Saks, Boston. I would highly recommend it. You tell the bartender what Flavours you like and she creates a bespoke cocktail just for you. Tell her if you like it and she alters it to suit. not been anywhere like this before- it was very interesting!!

First of all they squeeze all of their juice right in front of you. Second they understand balance. Third there is no real drink menu. They are professionals at their craft and tailor your drink to you palate. The prices were reasonable for Boston given the quality. Great atmosphere. They actually had Tiki glasses for their tropical drinks. That is... More

Not sure what all the fuss is here. Yes, their bartenders can make a good drink, but these days you can find that in many establishments... and with better atmosphere. Was in the area and gave it another try and find the same thing I thought a while back... too cramped, too much of a crush with a crowd that... More

Drink is by far the best cocktail bar in Boston. It is a small, very well run bar in the Seaport district. The lines get extremely long (1+ hour wait) on Friday's and Saturdays so expect to wait or arrive at opening. They are very serious about controlling exactly the amount of people in the bar to keep the experience... More

Boston must do if you are 21 and over and have a passion for the clever drink mixer! All fresh squeezed juices, great and hip bar staff and a wide variety of clientele.

A journey towards a goal. Spirits! Once more we set off with a destination and taste in mind. Exploring this area of the city is always a little different type of adventure. Leaving the hustle and bustle behind we venture into Fort Point's Congress Street area where the city takes on a def. different feel. We knew it was connected... More

Drink is one of the best cocktail bars in not just Boston but arguably the world. Their burger uses locally grown beef and is delicious. I highly recommend visiting this Boston gem!

Visited there when I stayed at Westin Waterfront. 15 minutes walk to the hotel. Place was busy at 18:00 and they serve cocktails based on your likes and not a menu. I tried their roasted bone marrow and it was just done perfect!

I do not exaggerate when I say the ceviche I ate at Drink is in the top 1% of the ceviches I have ever tried (and I do eat ceviche across Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica and other places often). The bread and the chips are exquisite, the Maine trout unbelievable. And the mezcals... ooooh the mezcals. Divine. Proper. Superb. Simply... More
