Great atmosphere and fresh food. Easy, laid back, and relaxed environment. Enjoyed my meal so much I went twice in a day! Just around the corner from Loew's hotel.

They have an ordering system that seems strange but it is fast and works. Tempting pastries line the counter, an assortment of sandwiches and salads on the blackboard, and daily specials make this a fave!

Let me preface that I live in San Francisco and am very fortunate to have access to great Northern California bakeries like Bouchon (in Yountville), Tartine (Mission area San Francisco), and Craftsman and Wolves (unbelievably beautiful baked goods located in the Mission area San Francisco) which serve French style baked items. My sister is also a French pastry chef, so... More

Very good soups and sandwiches with interesting ingredient combinations (salad offerings less interesting in my view). Half sandwiches are available (sufficient for most appetites, especially for lunch). Gluten free bread and a good choice of pastries (try the chocolate meringues as well as the sticky buns) are also on offer. Inside, the restaurant is rather dark, but OK for dinner.... More

Our family went to Flour for dinner. The atmosphere was nice but causal. The food was great. The salads were good. The sandwiches were tasty. Only the grilled sandwiches were pre-made and couldn't be modified. The sticky buns and pastries were delicious. A really nice sandwich and salad place.

Definitely one of the best bakeries in boston. The sticky buns are delicious but usually sell out quickly, get there early : )

Really enjoyed this place. Super cute atmosphere and great breakfast and lunch choices. The food arrives quickly and it's very good as well.

Staff were too "busy" chatting among themselves and could not explain how the system of ordering, queueing and paying worked or inform the ingredients in salads, sandwiches or pies. Unless you're a regular, young and "fashionable" don't bother stopping by. Instead go next door, to Yada Yada, where staff know about food and care about customer service.

This place is amazing... it's open and bright, and we found a nice table next to a bunch of moms with strollers. We got the sticky bun and the egg breakfast sandwich... both were incredible. I was worried that the bun would be too sweet, and it was definitely sweet, but it also had nuts on it so the flavor... More

Think my mistake was getting a breakfast sandwich rather than one of their delicious looking pastries. Egg had weird consistency (kind of flan-like) and too much cheese. Pickles on turkey sandwiches were cukes but not pickled. Staying close by so probably will go back for something sweet!
