Great Breakfast Stop

This bakery is kind of like a small Panera, only the food quality is superior. My wife and had a quick breakfast of an egg, cheese, bacon, and arugula sandwich on focaccia roll, a scone, and coffee. The service was very fast. There must be 20 employees either baking, bussing, cooking, or taking... read more

Great place for a coffee, a cracking bacon & egg breakfast sandwich and some communal table sharing. Always seems busy but this helps it have a nice atmosphere. A recommended stop off point for any visitors looking for some sustenance ahead of a long day sightseeing in Boston.

To be clear, I ended up not using this service because although their site says they need 24 hours notice for a 6" cake, they need more than that. I asked them why and they said they did not have any of the cakes pre baked - so that means that my cake will be over 24 hours old when... More

Flour offers very healthy food! We had half sandwich and soup of the day. It was very healthy and delicious. Very cute place also. They use Kosher salt also.

I have been to 3 of the 4 Flour locations and would definitely go back. It's always been packed, so if you're taking out you should call ahead. My favorite is the lamb sandwich and they always have good quiche and stuffed breads. I love their chocolate hazelnut cookie.. mmmmm! Recently tried their greek salad and potato leek soup and... Yes, there are several outposts now and Joanne Chang has multiple cookbooks, but it's still the best. Yes, it can be very crowded (lunch during the week) and the line doesn't move that fast, but it's still the best. Yes, it's very difficult to find a seat, but it's still the best. You get the idea, there are some challenges... More

Read an article in one of those free newspapers that you HAD to try these. So we did. I went for the crew in work. Went about 8:30am, Walked in asked for 12 sticky buns. No problem, They offered to platter them up at no extra charged which worked out great as far as carrying and handling. We got back... More

Wish I had gone there my first day in Boston instead of my last. Best buns and pastries I've had in a long time. I know this place is hyped a lot and was prepared for my expectation to be dashed but not to be. Highly recommend this spot

Nice and cool staff and one of the few places to have a light, balanced and healthy choice of breakfast, lunch or dinner.
