Disappointed with the attitude of the hostess

My boyfriend and I went to M&C on a Tuesday evening after work. Despite there being 3 to 4 empty tables, we were told we would either have to wait 30-45 minutes or be seated. However, she could give us a table now but we would have to leave within the hour for a party with an 8:45 reservation... read more

We arrived as a walk-in on busy Friday night. Our wait was not bad, and the staff was great. We ate in front of the kitchen and we got to watch some chefs jam. We had 6 different items and each was really good. One of the owners talked with me to make sure everything was good. She even cleared... More

Have visited this restaurant many times, each visit brings new tastes. Think of it as a small plates experience with fresh, inventive Asian inspired tastes. Not a traditional Chinese restaurant. Recently, ' The Green Monster' a faro dish with a pistachio pesto was delish. The firm tooth of the faro, a silky 'pesto' ( no basil) crunch of pistachios, and... More

My daughter and I showed up about 11;30 on a Sunday morning and they were already hopping. No tables but seats at the bar in front of the open kitchen where we could watch the cooking and plating suited us fine. We ordered a chicken dish, the infamous pork dumplings ( which lived up to their rep ) and the... More

The focus is on small services at an attractive price point. This allows the party to order a wide variety of items to share. Selections are all freshly prepared (sit at the bar if you want to watch) and delicious. While there is an Asian influence, the items cover a wide range. A wonderfully romantic dining experience or a chance... More

Went there with family to have a good meal. We ordered lots of food for 5 people and did not enjoy any of them....worst dish was a wok charred tofu dish which was charred allright as tofu is black and not edible...rest was underwhelming. We found that all dishes lacked balance and integrity...pickles were way too sour...everything seemed to be... More

We spent New Year's Eve at Meyers + Chang and had a wonderful meal. There were several special "dim sum" being passed around and those were some of the tastiest bites I have eaten, including the duck with cranberry and the truffle beef slider. The Korean Sloppy Joe was smokey and flavorful and the Mussels were delightful. To top off... More

We usually go out for lunch on New Years Eve day and this year we went to Myers + Chang. It is such a treat here! We sat at the bar in front of the open kitchen and Wok and that was almost as much fun as the food. This is real comfort food with amazing flavors and textures in... More

Stopped in for lunch yesterday. First time here. Loved the food. Had pork dumplings, wok fried udon noodles with bok choy, and the nasi goreng. Too much for two for lunch. All delicious though I must say that the nasi goreng was far from authentic. That's coming from five years living in Jakarta and travelling extensively throughout Indonesia. Never had... More

Interesting twists on asian cuisine. Without question the best hot and sour soup and dumplings in the city. Chef does amazing things with simple ingredients - always make sure to try one of the vegetable dishes. Sweet and sour brussel sprouts will make you wonder why you do not eat them everyday. Staff is attentive, know the food, and want... More
