Fresh flavors from fresh ingredients. We were there on July 4th, and they were serving a fun "Happy Birthday America" burrito with a hotdog inside, but the traditional ingredients are all outstanding.

Great variety of Burritos, my favorite is Black Beans, Kale and sweet potato with the usual fixings. Something for everyone, but very vegetarian friendly

My husband and I both got burritos. He got the chicken which he thought was flavorless. I got the flank steak that was grisly. We also shared an order of chips and guacamole. I've had much better guacamole! You order just like at a Qdoba or Chipotle and choose your toppings. Qdoba is sooo much better. Choose somewhere else! It... More

I love this place. My kids (all adults) say it is a "hippy place". Not sure what that means but every age, race, class of people stand in a fast moving line to get their food every time I go there. I bring my guests from out of town and never have a complaint. I give it a huge thumbs... More

...and this place helps a girl out! My husband and I went on Taco Tuesday. As a first time orderer, I have to admit I was a little confused on what to get/what the toppings were and felt rushed because of the insanely long line. If I lived in Asheville, this would be a staple for me. Incredible Mexican food... More

Mamacita's has the usual variety of moving down the line tacos, burritos, etc., but what distinguishes it is the food is really fresh, cooked well, and has no additives. They also have a very good salsa bar where you can take as much as you want from a variety of salsas. Margarita's were also pretty good... Notjing fancy but excellent... More

This is ten times better/fresh then any Moe's or Chipolte chain. Great FRESH food with a nice selection of vegetarian options. Definitely will dine here again!

Excellent, easy dinner in Asheville. Had grilled chicken soft tacos and chips/guacamole. Made to order and you could taste how fresh the salsa and guacamole were! Would definitely visit again if in the area.

Burritos were amazing. A little pricy but def worth it. So much burrito and the queso was delicious too.

I have enjoyed many burritos in my life but none quite like mamacitas. Great ingredients and quick service. And a three dollar margarita that was so refreshing I almost didn't want to leave.
