Creative and fresh tastes; new takes on old menu standards. We stopped here as part of a downtown food tour and came back on our own time! Every menu item sounded great and then exceeded our hopes. Early for breakfast/lunch or later for lunch/dinner; you won't be disappointed. Go!

Chorizo knows their craft. Fresh ingredients and great recipes make this place the best along Page Avenue. Breakfast burrito? No problem.

The food was good .. I had the fish of the day (red snapper) on a pita biscuit with pica de gallo and rice. The pico de gallo had a great kick to it. My daughter loved her Jamaican chicken wrap. They had a special on margaritas that tasted more like lemonade. We were there at about 3pm so it... More

The food was quite tasty and portions ample. The atmosphere was creative and casual. Our waitress was outstanding in her knowledge of the menu/food and overall service -- she went above and beyond in expectations and assistance. We were a group of 7 vacationers and everyone was more than pleased. This was our 2nd visit within a few years, both... More

This is an upscale Latin restaurant combining several different Latin American cooking styles and dishes into their menu. Full of flavor and also very appealing to the eye. Friendly staff. Awesome atmosphere.

My husband and I dined at Chorizo the end of June. The cost of our dinner, including tip, was $54.97. When our credit card statement arrived, there was a charge for $54.97 and directly after it another charge from Chorizo, for the same night, of $50. It was clear that someone from the restaurant took it upon themselves to earn... More

There are a lot of choices of different types of Latin food. My husband had the Cuban sandwich, which was very large. The salsa that came with it was excellent. I had the shredded beef that came with guacamole, rice, beans and pico de gallo. It was also excellent. There was spicy sauce on the side if you like it... More

We were there to experience the atmosphere and food of Asheville. Had great Italian food next door at Modesto, but the so called "Latin" food was not what we expected. I am Argentine and what they called their Argentine rib eye steak was merely a tough and skinny steak! It also came with a chimichurri that did not taste like... More

The food is very good, but this is a cramped and crowded place on the weekends! Lots of character in the flavors, authentic and with great sangria!

Went here to dinner last weekend with my husband on a trip to Asheville for the weekend. The menu was limited and the food was just ok. The drinks were very good. I had a black cherry mojito and the mint was fresh and delicious. I ordered the flank steak which was touch and had a lot of peppers which... More
