Tasty!

I recommend this place in case of hunger for tasty food! I had the most tender and delicious New York strip steak I've had in a while (note: must share!). Will be back!

Table is a local favorite for its tasteful dishes using farm fresh ingredients. The chef is renown, the service is friendly and accommodating, and the ambiance is romantic. Their cocktail lounge (Imperial) is upstairs with lots of room to enjoy before or after dinner drinks and socializing. Parking deck is right across the street on Rankin.

Our group of 10 ate here recently and had a wonderful meal. The restaurant is smaller so we were by far the largest group in the restaurant. The service was slow at first but improved as the meal progressed.

Hidden gem! For the second year in a row, my favorite foodie friend and I have come here for lunch while vacationing in Asheville. Over all, we found the dishes to be on the richer side, but nothing a glass of dry red couldn't fix. :) Our two stand out dishes were the bone marrow with cranberry mustard and the... More

Some of the food items are up on the next level. All are pretty good. Wine list is functional with some nice selections. Service is usually quite professional and good. It is a bit expensive and can feel a little uppity, not a relaxed atmosphere at all. Chef does fresh menu daily and has some delicious creative flare on some... More

5 of us came and shared the 40oz steak for the table. We also ordered a few appetizers and cocktails. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was very modern and comfortable. We had the pig's ear appetizer which was great. The steak and side items that came with it were tasty, but a bit bland. Overall, it... More

We had a horrible experience today at this restaurant. We were excited because we had been to two other places with 1+ hour waits, but Table told us they could get us right in. We were the second table to be seated in the dining room and then sat and watched as the rest of the restaurant slowly filled, all... More

My wife and I are in Asheville for a fun holiday trip. I rarely submit a review with negative comments but this one is slightly negative. We had drinks and dinner at Table last night and it was just barely OK. We had a reservation but had to wait for the table. Service was rushed and mostly indifferent. My wife's... More

Central location in Asheville, daylight-filled guest-room with large window toward busy College St,. nicely furnished, good atmosphere. This was our first visit. We had mushrooms on polenta and lamb mergez on sandwich. Amounts of mushrooms and lamb were minuscule. Polenta, an island in a sea of oil. Not bad but not good either. We would come again if the quality... More

This is a creative chef at work. My appetizer was a cured tongue on top of persimmon slices; sweet, smokey and delicious. The bread was some of the best I've had. Another appetizer was tender octapus with pumpkin salsa, huetalcoche and several other ingredients. It may sound fussy, but it all worked.
