Worth the long wait!

We ate here on a Sunday morning and it was well worth the lengthy wait time. Our server was very friendly and attentive, even though they were clearly busy. The menu was unique and I loved what I ordered. If I lived in Asheville I'd eat there all the time!

Very friendly staff, heck everyone in Asheville is friendly it seems. We had breakfast, wife had an omelet and I had two over easy. Grits are amazing, best ever and their jam spread is addicting. Great value.

I had a wonderful brisket sandwich. Very tender, cooked to perfection. Very attentive server. We had a short wait for a table but the wait was well worth it. Recommend you go early. They are also open for breakfast and lunch. They are located in Biltmore Village.

A local suggested we dine at the Corner Kitchen. We were not diappointed. The amuse-bouche of salmon on rye was a great indicator of the meal we were to experience. I had the flounder with a corn bisque. It was wonderful!

Breakfast at The Corner Kitchen this past Monday was truly exceptional. Since we had never visited before I asked our server for a recommendation. Michael told us he thought the trout was one of the best breakfast entrees and quite unusual. It was served with asparagus, a mustard sauce, eggs done as I wished and a choice of grits or... More

Yummy food and different preparations for ordinary foods. It's very cozy. You feel as if you are eating at a friend's house. Sorry caringmom had a bad experience . I would suggest making reservations for breakfast, it's always busy then. As for the help, we have always been treated with courtesy. Even Pres. Obama made it a point to eat... More

This a cool little place in Biltmore Village. A converted house from the early 1900's, makes for a unique place to dine. I had the fried chicken with waffles; it was AMAZING! The chicken soaked in milk for several hours to tenderize it. And boy was it juicy! My wife had the blueberry French toast. It was very good as... More

The host was appallingly rude. We are service industry people- this young man was frazzled, loud, dismissive, and full of dramatic eye rolls on Sunday morning August 23. They were very busy. No problem! We were happy to wait. We watched in line for a while just to put our name in as the host snapped at each person in... More

Best restaurant I visited in Asheville! The Corner Kitchen's menu looked like a good mixture of elevated lunch food and a few unique spins which brought me to dine here initially. When I arrived, I learned they had a special of Shrimp and Grits with a Bloody Mary Sauce - OMG! Best Shrimp and Grits I have ever had! The... More

Right before the Biltmore Estate. Great way to start the actual visit. Have a great breakfast or brunch and then visit the estate. Food is very tasty and staff is attentive to your needs and wishes.
