The food is more caribbean and very vibrant in flavors. The ingredients all seemed to be of high quality and the portion sizes were good. I did have a sangria that seemed a little water down. The food came out quick too.

We had various Molcajete and the flavour was soooo amazing! I had to ask for bread to soak up the beautiful sauce and they brought me warm tortillas to do so. This meal was so tasty I could not get over it! I washed it down with an Asheville lemonade that was wonderful. great service, friendly atmosphere!

If you're in Asheville, don't miss Salsa Mexican/Caribbean Restaurant! We had the lamb quesadilla and the pork fajita. Both entrees were out-of-this-world yummy! Portions are large but prices are very reasonable. If you go for dinner, arrive earlier or you will be waiting for a while, especially on a Friday or Saturday. The dining room is small but decorated neatly... More

Wonderful food with many different flavors! Definitely on a list if you visit Asheville. The service at lunch was pretty quick, even though the dining space is small and gets crowded quickly. Nice presentations, laid back service staff.

Such great flavor food and creations. Our 7 & 9 year olds loved it too! We had the lamb quesadillas and a trio of salsas that were very fresh. The kids menu was good....or son's burrito was delicious

Loved this place and the staff was great. Reasonable prices! We shared 2 dishes between 3 women (plus chips and guac). We had MORE than enough. Get the white sangria- mmmmmmmmm

After reading all the reviews I was excited about eating at this restaurant. However when we arrived the hostess didn't acknowledge our group for 15 minutes. Once she finally did she was unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Had one of the best meals of my life here after a visit to Biltmore Estate. The flavors were amazing, unlike anything I've ever had before. Highly recommended!

We read previous reviews and we're not disappointed! The empanadas were amazing. The favors of the salsa were definitely Caribbean. We had a late lunch and not crowded at all. The portions are large. The server was attentive. Great meal!

My wife and I stopped in for lunch today. She had crab empanadas and I had shrimp diabla pom pom pom. Food was delicious service was excellent and friendly. The only reason I'm not going to give it a five is the dining room is a little crowded.
