ordered the ribs. Sent them back twice. Nothing close to falling off the bone. Cooks left the membrane on the back. It would have disolved if they cooked them longer. Burgers were very gristly, must be using a low type of ground beef. Not worth going back until they get their act together. Management needs to step in.

Oddly enough, except for some bars, the restaurants close early in Asheville. At 11:30 on a Thursday night, the place was packed. The customers and staff looked like the bar in Star Wars, but it was Asheville and I was glad to be there, too. The food was just awful, in huge portions. But really, the staff there was extremely... The waitress was terrible. She had to come back and ask us what we ordered 3 times. The drinks took forever and the food wasn't much to talk about either.

Applebee's treats me, a veteran, like I am a million bucks ... so, why would I not ever enjoy going there!

Had good food and service. Although I am the first to admit that I am not an expert judge of wines, I ordered a Kendall-Jackson Chardonnay and the wine I received was anything but! In fact, it was an extremely poor substitute. Terribly disappointing!

Our party had 7 people, the food took forever (over 25 min) in a nearly empty restaurant. 4 people received obviously dirty plates or glassware !!! When we asked for new plates you would have thought we had asked the waitress to part the red sea by her reaction, ( loud sighing, rolling of the eyes, and when she did... More

The waitress was patient and checked on us regularly. The food was hot and came out quickly. If you go after 9, they have $5 appetizers and several all day drink specials.

We eat at this particular chain restaurant often. We found this meal to be exceptional with taste. The staff was polite and helpful. The only problem was we had a very loud table of 3 beside us and it was obnxious behavior, which we felt should have been addressed. Thankfully the party left soon after we arrived!

The food was awesome, the wait staff was friendly and prompt. Had a 5 minute wait at the door but it was worth it.

Applebee's has long been one of our favorite restaurants. The food is of high quality no matter what location you choose. As a Vietnam Veteran I appreciate the free meals the give to Veterans on Veterans Day. Sunday my wife and I had the garlic sirloin steak with creamed spinach on a Portobello mushroom. The steak was a 7 ounce... More
