Never had a bad meal here!

Always fresh and taste great! I have eaten here many times and never been disappointed. If I simply get Pad Thai one something exotic it is always good. Service is friendly. In addition, it is inexpensive. Many times there is a line, but the wait is never too long. I just keep going back!

Located in Vance Square - the cool pedestrian hub of Asheville, Doc Chey's is a great find. The noodles are perfect, great seasoning, terrific waitstaff.

How refreshing to find a place to get a unique meal at just $10 apiece. DOC Chey's offers noodle dishes of all varieties. Our party tried the Pad Thai (and determined it was the best take on the dish we've tried) as well as the Singapore Chicken and Thai Basil. Everything was fresh and delicious!

I really like coming here. The food is fantastic and consistent, we had some friends from two Asian countries visit and they were surprised and pleased with the quality of the dishes. They could easily charge a few bucks more for their products, as they are very affordable. Do yourself a favor and try the Thai soup and get an... More

Fresh ingredients "simple food" they call it, choice Japanese, Chinese and Thai. Service is wonderful. Restful environment, right in the heart of downtown.

I could take it or leave it, but it seems to be a very popular place to get some noodles. My wife loves the place and so, happy wife, happy life means I go. I find something I like every time we go, so I'm ok with it.

This was my third time here. This last visit was pretty consistent with what I saw/experienced the other two times. This was a Friday during Lent and there were plenty of choices since their menu has lots of vegetarian choices. I chose a "staff favorite". It tasted good, but the noodles were very dry. I guess I expected there to... More

A local friend of mine suggested Doc Chey's for lunch and we were not at all disappointed!! We got the dumplings and edamame for appetizers and the dumplings were amazing!! The 4 of us got different noodle bowls, I ordered the chicken and it was seriously one of the best asian style dishes I have ever had. Jasmine Rice (which... More

I had the vegetarian spring rolls to start- really good, and the sauce was great, too. I had the Korean Bibimbap bowl with tempeh for my meal- the tempeh is locally made and SO good!! The menu says this is spicy, and it may be for some people, but I added sriracha :) My husband really liked his noodle bowl... More
