My wife and I enjoyed a great breakfast at reasonable prices while visiting Asheville. I enjoyed the sweet potato and sausage scramble. This was an unbelievable meal! I really enjoyed the flavor combinations within this dish. My wife enjoyed the granola as well. Great place to visit!
We have eaten at the Early Girl Eatery before and it has not changed, thankfully. Young energetic staff, good menu selection, well-cooked and super fresh food (with emphasis on local produce) all made for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
We literally stumbled upon this restaurant during a recent first-time visit to Asheville as we were exploring the city on foot. We had the chance to dine at Early Girl for their breakfast and the omelets were stuffed to perfection! Lots of healthy choices and great service - Friendly staff and charming interior. A good choice for families and anyone visiting the Asheville area!
This was a nice lunch spot. The food was local and fresh. A good spot to sample good Southern cooking
We made a reservation for Sunday night dinner but it was not necessary. We ordered the rabbit stew + honeyed beets ($12), plus the trout + green beans + potato salad ($15). It was all wonderful, especially the rabbit stew! It was a quiet little place and the waitress left us alone to chat and enjoy our meal. I like...

We waited 35 minutes for our table on Saturday morning but it was well worth it. The food was great and different. The three of us shared a table with a family. I love the community feel.
