We had a late breakfast and it was fabulous. The interior is very tastefully decorated. The variety of menu options and spice usage is just perfect. Gluten free and vegan options are plentiful. The crepes and french toast as appetizers were amazing (not gluten free).

Every time we visit Asheville we make a point of going to the Jerusalem Cafe. It is a small restaurant located in the heart of the city. Their food is so fresh. The salads are great. They make their own stuffed grape leaves. My favorite is their spinach pie. They use a Lebanese recipe with soft bread rather than phyllo.... More

My wife and I stumbled upon this place and where reluctant to try it for some reason. To our surprise, not only was it good, it was really good! We eat out quite a bit and it is rare to have a meal truly exceed expectations; and it did. Excellent food and service ... top notch!!!

This was such a fun dinner. For the full experience eat on the short tables in the back dining room while sitting on pillows. This was an adventure with everyone trying each others food. I liked it so much that I'm going to try to find something like this close to home. We will definitely come back again.

We spent the weekend hiking in Asheville and was looking for a great place for dinner for eight guys. We had an awesome time with a wonderful dinner and a great floor show by an extremely talented belly dancer. We were led to the back to a cloth draped room and was let to the very back corner. We all... More

Don't overlook this place for Brunch. Both visits here were because of long lines elsewhere and became a pleasant surprise. Its a perfect option in the center of town. Service was fast and friendly. Plates came out quicky.

We had an excellent experience at the Jerusalem Garden Cafe. The staff was very knowledgable and provided us with great recommendations. The roasted lamb is a must. The restaurant was extremely clean. When you visit, make sure to ask to be seated in the back for the full experience. Will definitely visit again on our next visit to asheville.

For those who have not been to the part of the world where this type of food originates ,the food prepared here is very traditional and very good. My wife and I went here for dinner before the movies. We were immediately greeted and seated in a very comfortable location. Orders for drinks were taken and after an appropriate time,... More

Some of the food was fine while others, especially the side dishes were poor. To top things off the portions were all very small. A lamb shank the size of a small chicken drum stick was served as a main course with cabbage that was less than tasty. The kabobs were small and over cooked. Having spent a great deal... More
