Great selection of beers

We come into Asheville a few times a year and usually always make it in here for "beer o'clock". We usually hit the Mast store down the block. When my boyfriend is done with the shopping, he gladly preoccupies his time & waits for me here... partaking in a frosty beverage. They have a wide range of... read more

This restaurant is reasonably priced. You get what you pay for - average (at best) food and service. This is probably a good option if you have kids. If you are looking for a better quality meal, skip this place.

Went with the family and enjoyed our dinner. Beer selection is fantastic with 40+ North Carolina craft beers. We had flights of the local brews which were all enjoyable. We had the white pizza which was excellent. Also had an order of fiddle sticks which everyone enjoyed. The atmosphere is great. Kind feels like a German pub when you first... More

Met some friends at Barley's for lunch before heading to another bar. Wasn't in the mood for pizza so I tried the veggy wrap - add spinach and roasted red peppers. TO DIE FOR!!! It was probably one of the best wraps I've had. I always recommend Barley's but I am now recommending specifically the veggy wrap!! Must try!

Great jam on Thursday night with some true monster players. A lot of straight ahead jazz of the Bop masters. The bar food is better than average...70+ brews on tap.....but the real chops are on the stage DO NOT MISS

The place has beer galore and some of the best pizza in town! A REALLY good bang for your buck with portions that are LARGE! May sound silly but, I think their spinach salad is one of the best around! Wait staff is always pleasant and they now have a small area outside to enjoy the sidewalk. There's also a... More

My husband and I had pizza (and he had beer) in this restaurant. The pizza was very good and we are former Long Islanders so we are particular about our pizza!

We went here to dinner with old friends we hadn't seen in years. The beer selection was wonderful and I loved the fact they would let you try it before you ordered a pitcher. The food on the other hand was just average. I'd go back for beer but that's about all.

We called in at Barley's at 5.00pm and had a choice of tables. Our server was very friendly, attentive, not pushy and very attentive. We shared a house salad, a pizza with olives, green chilies, onion, pepperoni and salami, all of which was too much for the two of us. We each had a beer from the extensive list and... More

Good place to sit down have a pizza and drink some great drafts. It can definitely get crowded at times so if you can, go on off hours.
