I loved the atmosphere here, they have many beers on tap and great food! It's a great location downtown Asheville and I would return on my next visit!

Great beer selection as would expect in place called Bier Garden. Big place with lots of tv’s and also separate pool and video game room. Suspect it could get pretty loud when crowded, but we were there about 130pm. Some very tasty fancied up pub fare and entrees (smoked duck tacos, chicken sandwich with gouda and avocado, blackened chicken fettuccine... More

The selection is wonderful, but I had a pint of Two Hearted and it was $5.50. With all the brewery options in town offering better prices and fresh beer, I won't be visiting the Bier Garden again.

We wandered around Asheville looking for a place to stop in for a beer. We found the Bier Garden. Great beer, loved the duck tacos, and watched some of the World Cup. We will return!

This was our 2nd trip to the Bier Garden, and a 3rd trip will be on our list, next time we come to Asheville, It's a very clean, fairly large restaurant/bar that is always well packed with people (a good sign). There are plenty of tables and plenty of televisions. Prices are moderate, and beer selections are A-ok. Of course,... More

The hubby and I stopped in and just sampled the heck out of some beer! It was great! They have a really cool atmosphere and it was nice and quiet. Just a chill day, with some great draft beer!

If one goes to the #1 beer city, 3rd year in a row, one must go to the Bier Garden. It was a great treat after mass at the Bascilia of St. Lawrence (short walk). The décor is very fun and interesting. The food was great, the deep fried asparagus was so good. The beer was great and they will... More

Stopped in for lunch. We each had a sandwich. They were good. I can't speak to the rest of the menu. The sweet potato fries are interesting as they are deep fried and then sprinkled with sugar instead of salt. Looked to have a very nice selection of beers, but it was a bit early in the day for me...
