Apollo Flame is always good! The Gyros are awesome and so are the Greek salads. So if you are in the area you have to go there if you like Greek food.

Have been in Asheville for a week with our daughter. Since we are always on the lookout for good Greek food we went to Apollo Flame Bistro. The decor is nice and the menu has a good variety of Greek and Italian entrées. My husband ordered the lamb platter and I got a gyro on pita. The food was delicious... More

It was a busy day so we just called in for some pizzas and picked them up on the way home. These were some of the best pizzas we have ever had. They were tasty, hot, and full of toppings. A little bit different with cheese on top and the toppings inside. We have been wanting these pizzas again ever... More

A great casual place for dining in Asheville. I have always thought that good ethnic food restaurants are hard to find in the Southeast. This was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the grape leave appetizer and the Greek salad. The grape leaves could have been made by a Greek grandmother (maybe they were). Everything was fresh and tasty. The service... More

I have been visiting this restaurant for years. My favorite is the Chicken Gyro platter. It is always fresh and the greek salad is great! They have a very good variety pizza, salads, pasta and subs. We have tried almost everything. Our family favorites are, The Chicken Gyro platter, vegetarian pita, meatballs, and the lasagna. Truthfully, I take a lot... More

It was my first visit, upon recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint! The special was a Greek platter for $10.99 - Greek salad, spinach pie, stuffed grape leaf, 2 meatballs, 1 piece of chicken, 2 pieces of gyro, 2 pittas, and tzatziki sauce! Yes, all of that for $10.99! It was the best spinach pie I've ever... More
