What constitutes "New South Flavors?" For us, it is begins with reverence for those time-honored Southern dishes. Served up by wonderful home cooks for years. We respect the freshness, the flavors and the food itself. But we like to jazz it up a little, add something deliciously unexpected to delight your palate. Our interpretation of traditional Southern fare is creative, inventive and satisfyingly scrumptious. Cheers to New South Flavor!

We went here in april. We waited 25 minutes to be seated, to be expected. My mother in law and I had the southern fried chicken, my father in law had the hamburger, and my wife had the veggie plate. The service was top notch.

Lovely restaurant, very good food, generous portions, appeals to all types of eaters. The small plates weren't all that small. I ordered 2 plus a side salad. I could have just had one small plate.

Curry chicken was excellent , food is s always great. Service was soooooo slow, but I was occupied by friends. Bar tender was the server and took breaks between tasks to talk to employees, rather than actually offer good service. Oh , and no one was at the bar.... Much better than CLT location in terms if food, not service.

This place is ALWAYS packed, but the wait is worth it. Calling ahead helps, the hostess will put your name on the list and then they will send you a text message, when your table is ready. Great appetizers,as well as entrees. Loved the lamb meatballs, seasoned to perfection! Warning, control yourself eating the freshly baked bisquits, they are to die... More

We had a really nice dinner outside there when we were visiting the asheville area. I loved sitting outside and watching people and listening to the music that was playing on the street. The special shrimp and grits are excellent. I would order them again.

Spent 3 nights in Asheville for a reunion with college friends. We had a terrific lunch at Tupolo Honey. We will return again next time we visit this area.

I visited Tupelo Honey with two friends and my daughter during our spring break. I had the sweet potato pancake and fried chicken and my daughter had the kid's marinated chicken and shoestring fries. Everything was yummy! Service was good. The only problem was we were sitting on the enclosed porch and we were VERY squished in.
