A welcomed and nice surprise.

Good food, well presented and clean. We had breakfast twice and a lunch once and never disappointed. The buffet was fresh and kept very well.

I never really expect much in a hotel restaurant but so glad I have this one a try. The men had the pork chop, I had Gorgonzola chicken and my friend had the fettuccine with veggies. Everyone enjoyed their meal and especially the local beers. We will come back!

This little gem, tucked away in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel, is fantastic. The food is well thought out and flavorful. I had my first chicken and waffle here (having held out on other occasions out of wariness of the combination) and was very impressed. Every one else at my table fully enjoyed theirs as well. Definitely going to... More

We came to Roux as we heard about the LOCAL ribeye special and scallops. Much to our suprise the ribeye had much more flavor and was better prepared than others in the area. The service by Jay and Kelly was outstanding and the chef should be recognized for his talent. We WILL be back.

We often stay at the Asheville Hilton our way to Florida. The hotel is the best but the breakfast can't be beat. Local cheeses, fruits... omelettes made to order... fresh muffins... all served by an excellent staff.

Being "locals" we made reservations through Open Table for 11:00 on Father's Day. We were greeted and seated promptly which is a necessity when you have two ladies in their eighties with you. Our server, Safra, was awesome! Although tempted by the buffet we all chose to order from the menu. My Spinach and Portobello Eggs Benedict was heavenly. My... More

Just this week met a friend for lunch at Roux. While we caught up, we shared an appetizer, the fries with truffle oil. They arrived a bit limp and not very flavorful. Still, they were a fun indulgence for two women sticking to salads for the main course. Our salads were very good - the ingredients fresh and a nice... More

We were staying at the Hilton (the restaurant is located inside) and had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. We decided that we would dine at the hotel for dinner rather than eat somewhere in Biltmore Park due to time constraints. The atmosphere is very nice and the relatively new. The waiter that we had was somewhat unsure of... More

A friend lives in a condo a block away and met at Roux for breakfast. The omelet was good, but expensive for what it was. I don't know if the staff was a bit slow or if the kitchen was. Parking was in an adjacent deck and I'm not comfortable in parking decks. I learned that valet service was available.

Weekend breakfast bar is outstanding although you can also order from the menu which include salmon hollandaise...so good. It gets very busy so get there early.
