Roux defeats most expectations for hotel restaurants. Located in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel in Biltmore Park, Asheville it offers well prepared dishes at prices that seem reasonable considering the quality. Service was excellent and friendly. My only complaint is its location, right in the lobby. This gives it an ambience reminiscent of an airport diner. More

The food and the staff were great. We did the breakfast buffet every morning because it had everything we wanted, omelettes to order, waffles, blueberry pancakes, etc. No complaints. More

We've been a fan of Roux's since they opened in the gorgeously green Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park. There are several restaurant options in Biltmore Park but we keep going back to Roux.
