Well prepared plates. Try the 3 different Jamon. Each one is wonderful. The pulpo de la gallecia (octopus) is good, too. We sat at the bar and had a good time watching the chefs prepare the meals.

What a great meal! We walked in at 5 pm on a Thursday, without a reservation. All tables were filled, but we were seated immediately at the bar, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. We could watch all the food being prepared. The jamon was being sliced by hand right in front of us. Everyone sitting at the... More

The decor was interesting and welcoming. We wanted a small meal and the Tapia menu was perfect. Every dish was excellent to very good. Service was great and we were seated when we arrived for our reservation time. Reservations appear to be a must.

Visited this Asheville, NC tapas restaurant on our visit from Portland OR. Everything was wonderful. A vibrant scene, each dish was delicious, and the waitstaff extremely friendly. Great bar selections too.

Having been in Barcelona recently, we felt that this was an authentic representation of Catalan cuisine with American ingredients. Good food, good staff, good job!

Great tapas in Asheville! Broad based menu with nice wines and local beer options. The "salted meats" options are wonderful and the marinated grilled pork is the best I have ever had. Cheese and bread was superb. We will be back!

This is one of the restaurants we have to go to each time we're in town. We were just here for our 3rd visit. We have always been pleased. Besides amazing food, the service here is wonderful, professional, and very efficient. We have our favorites that we always like to order and then we like to try new things. This... More

Terrific tapas restaurant. The place mat is your menu and is is loaded with divine dishes to choose from. You can also take one home to create for a party. Amazing place, packed with Asheville's trendy set. Can be on the expensive side. Try to sit at the bar and watch all the activity.

Four old friends from across the South were taken to Curate by our friend, a local, to experience a tapas lunch. Our server showed great patience as she gently led us away from each ordering our own "tapa" to the idea of sharing small plates. We tried so many wonderful dishes, usually getting two orders, so we would have plenty... More

After eating dinner at another restaurant, we wanted to walk around for a bit and then grab dessert and a coffee somewhere else. As we walked by Curate, we knew this was where we wanted to stop. The decor is relatively simple, but the long bar in front of the open kitchen is the place to sit. We did not... More
