My Family went & we each tried a different sandwich & loved them all, favorite was the pulled pork with Mac n cheese side! My husband love their baked beans!! Very yummy! It was packed when we went so finding a table for five was a bit stressful as we were from out of town & couldn't really take it... More

Was surprised there was no brisket on the menu. When we stopped in, they were sold out of ribs and turkey. Wings were out of control. Definitely try the Mac and cheese!

Outside of two morons who asked a gazillion questions of the order taker...including requests for samples (the Soup Nazi would've thrown them out...and they SHOULD have been thrown out)...this place simply rocked. Been to a lot of BBQ places...this was hands down in my top 3 BBQ places on the food scale. If you're disappointed, or you're an idiot that... More

My wife and I are on vacation and were driving around Asheville looking for a place to have dinner and I spotted Moe's Original BBQ. My wife was apprehensive at first because of how the outside of the building looked but I said let's give it a try. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised. The place is extremely busy, but the... More

We're not big barbecue fans. Usually it's all hype w/ no substance. But this place is the real deal! Ribs were fantastic!! Lots of meat and hardly any fat. We had a nice chat w/ one of the "waitresses" only to find out later that it was one of the owners wife. These folks are on top of their A-game... More

Had the pulled pork sandwich. Looked small but loaded with pork. Very good. Ribs, mac and cheese, cornbread and Mississippi mud pie were all delicious too. First place i've ever been to where you have a choice of 2 sides and 2 of the choices are desserts. We'll worth it.

Nothing to dislike. Young lady who took order was very friendly and smiled the entire time. All the food was hot, didn't take forever (although they were packed), and very well priced for the amount of food. Mac and cheese(great), collards(good), smoked wings(excellent). If you want an excellent meal give this place a try.

Passing thru town and found this place. So glad I did. Had the Bama style pork sandwich at the recommendation of the girl at the counter. OMG. Delicious!! Collard greens and skillet corn were awesome! If you are in the area GO TO MOE'S!

I had dinner with two friends at Moe's on a recent trip to Asheville. All 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Two of us had the pulled pork and the other had fried catfish. I had mac and cheese and greens and both were delicious. I wasn't crazy about the cornbread, but it was just a matter of personal... More
