We loved this place. The carrot pancakes are simply delicious. Biscuits are excellent. Long wait even on a Monday midmorning, so come early.

every asheville local will tell you Sunny Point is a staple in their diet and a must for out of towners, im in love with their huevos rancheros and will wait any amount of time to get them! Weekends- and even weekdays in the summer this place is packed in the am and the wait can be long, but coffee... More

Have been here quite a few times over the last 5 years and this will be our last. Food is often good, but when something is wrong, like egg whites running amok on your plate, somehow it is always your fault. They just don't offer to fix it, they then tell you that somehow you ordered an almost completely raw... More

Awesome! Located in the off the beaten west side of Asheville, but certainly worth the visit. Stopped in a half hour before closing, but were welcomed as if we were the first customers of the day. Noah, the manager, was a gracious knowledgable host. If breakfast is your favorite, and you're hungry order the Huevos Rancheros.......maybe the best breakfast ever.... More

We went to Sunny Point Café while visiting our daughters in Asheville. This is one of their favorite restaurants. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to get a table but it was worth it. We could have been seated sooner if we wanted to sit in the enclosed patio area but it was a cold day. They have heaters... More

My wife and I happened upon this place after we went to a show at a bar/restaurant across the street the night before. So glad that we went here! The location is a bit off the beaten path of the usual Asheville fare, which can be a good thing (mainly so you can find parking for which you don't have... More

I found this place on tripadvisor. My husband and I decided to check it out - he was skeptical but I think ended up loving it more than I did. It's not a huge place - tables are quite close together but no big deal - cozy. My husband ordered the special - lobster ravioli with asparagus and an Asian... More

I asked where does the locals eat breakfast? and the immediate response Sunny Point Cafe. There was a little wait but you know what when it comes to good food I am all for it. The menu offers some twist but be adventurous and step out on faith Lol. The smoked apple maple sausage was divine. Portions are eye catching... More

Had to wait about 15 minutes for a table for breakfast but worth it. This place prides itself on its fresh and organic ingredients. Don't be frightened by the unique menu offerings or the prices. I had a french toast with a warm gooey middle of cream cheese and bacon. It was amazing! Fried chicken on biscuit also very good.... More

Great little spot. We didn't have a long wait for lunch on a Sunday. The heater and coffee while waiting to be seated was nice. Good for at a reasonable price!
